Erica is very friendly and kind, but I was not happy with the results after 5 times of bring my little guy over here. Even though we told her not to shave him, he came back shaved almost every time. I’m not sure if him being matted is a legit reason to shave him every time. If enough time and patience is spent on brushing a dog out, wouldn’t that get rid of the matting? I even brush him thoroughly before bring his appointment every time.
There was once that she nick him one time with the razor, and I really appreciate her telling me about it when I went to pick him up. Some ethically challenged groomers don’t do that.
