One of the most horrific banking experiences I’ve ever had. First I sat here for 2 HOURS to open a checking account. Then $ 500 of my cash was STOLEN. Do not ever come here!!!

I ask to get a printout for my bank statements, the guy tells me that it’s available on line and to get it there. Does it look like I have printer attached to my hip?
This is their version of customer service?
I have accounts at Bank of America and PNC and both places didn’t even hesitate to get what I needed for my accountant.
Chase, at least in this branch, is DEAD LAST in customer service.

I was really happy with the service here. We were welcomed when we entered in a friendly and authentic way. We had an unusual situation and got excellent service from the person who greeted us and the manager. Our business got done quickly and with a promise to help in the future. I wish they had parking, but otherwise this was an excellent experience.
