I really like this Subway because first it’s right in my neighborhood, second the staff is usually very friendly, and thirdly the sandwiches are made nicely and hearty. I like going into this restaurant because it’s always so clean. The dining room is usually immaculate, the employees are clean, and the sandwich bar is usually clean. I hate when I go into a Subway and there are gnats and flies flying over the produce, and the employees act like they don’t see nothing. That gets on my last nerve! This particular time when I came here, I drove through the drive-up. I only came for the cookies special(I love Subway cookies, especially the double chocolate chip). Well I get to the speaker waiting for someone to say hello, I sat and I sat, and I sat some more. No one ever came to the speaker, so I said hello and yet still no response, so I decided to just drive around to the window because it could be that my car didn’t register to let someone know I was waiting. I get around to the window and there are two girls right next to the window, so I figured someone would take my order. Well that never happened. It would have been ok if I knew someone didn’t see me, but when someone looks straight at me and my car and then disregard me, I have a big problem. For that reason, I drove away. I’m giving this Subway three stars because I have never had any issues, so they may have been having an off day. However, customer service is a major aspect. If this happened to me, then how many other customers have experienced the same type of service or worse because good customer service doesn’t stop at the drive-up. I’m not going to give up on them yet, but I expect better service next time; dining-in or drive-up
