Horrible! Unprofessional! Not T-Mobile! I went on a Saturday because I received an offer to get a discount on a great phone. I got there at 9:05(5 minutes after opening) There were already 2 customers and only 2 workers so I had to wait. Which was not a problem until over an hour later I was still waiting.1 hour 25 minutes went by and a young girl with big pink bows tells me to step forward. Not sorry about your wait how can I help you but step forward. Unfortunately that was only the beginning of the rudeness I would endure. As soon as I told her of the promotion customer care offered me she quickly says«You can’t do that you have to pay full price!» Then the customer she waited on before me came back after being gone for ten minutes came back in with questions and wanting to make changes to her account. Do you know that the girl had the nerve to ask me to move over so she could help the other lady! I was obviously frustrated and had a look of disgust on my face and the MANAGER had the nerve to ask me «Are you ok?» Like I was crazy for being frustrated for being treated so badly! I have dealt with T-Mobile as a company for over 4 years and can honestly say I have Never had a problem. This particular store I have spent around $ 1500 on buying phones from them in 3 years! I believe I should be appreciated! And not to mention I pay $ 200 + cellphone bill on time ever month! Well I called customer service while in the store again they assured me that I most certainly did qualify for the discount and when the manager got on the phone with customer care he laughed at them and called them idiots! I was appalled to say the least as was customer care! I ended up about 20 miles away in Fort Oglethorpe GATOGETMYPHONE! if u can make the drive I suggest you do the same as they were Wonderful Courteous & Helpful!
