Still great food made to order. Very friendly staff. The cookies are the bomb! Love eating here when I’m starving. Lots of food.

The Mrs. and I generally like this place. They have good bread and I like their lemonade because it’s so tart. This particular occasion is a mixed review. We came in on this night and ordered. The blonde lady that took our order was super nice and helped us order something different than usual and walked us through our options. We slid down to the register to pay and get our drinks. There were several of us that night and we had a guest with us. We wanted to pay for her dinner and she wanted to pay for ours. So naturally there was a struggle to swipe our card first. Well, our guest was a little fiestier than we anticipated and won out. During the power struggle to pay, the brown headed girl at the register had been saying something about cookies. I thought the Mrs. had been paying attention to her and she thought the same of me. We finally all looked up while laughing about the payment fight and the look on her face… She was not amused. She said«Do you want cookies and drinks or not?» I half thought she was kidding the way she said it. I said, of course we want drinks, but no cookies. The girl was not happy with us. And she showed it. It was like we were putting a real damper on her work evening. Geez, chick. Lighten up a little bit. The other employees were super nice. Of course, the«cookie» girl brought out the first run of food to our table. She was the antithesis of delight. The food was good. I never get enough of those fries and lemonade. Everything was fresh and the bathrooms were decently clean. I will come back, but only because I’m not scared of that little teenager with the bad attitude.(; Oh, and the TV was way too loud.

Nice spot by the new Holiday Inn. But my fries were prices and not worth the price. The food was good not great but then again that’s my opinion.

This place is pretty good. So far between the club, the sausage and the philly cheese steak-the philly cheese steak is the best. It is pretty greasy but good. The sausage had too much seasoning and it was overpowering-otherwise pretty good. The club was a pretty decent standard club however like all the of their 6 in subs pretty small. The fries are really good-only big let down was that there is no coke at all. It’s a nice place looks clean and everything– I recommend it!

If overpriced mall food was the theme they have nailed it. The lemonade is amazing and cuts through what needs to be. The cookie is great. The sub, though not worth 10 bucks as we always order vegetarian subs like the artichoke sub, is really good if a bit salty at times. Iron stomach food. At times anyway. Left over that artichoke sub becomes my version of a foodie delight when the fat and oil congeals. It really is better grilled but then allowed to come down to room temperature. I have eaten steaks that were worse back when I ate steak. I like their fries. That is the thing as a combo of solid things it is good, but the price versus what is there keeps me from favoriting it. I would want more options in my artichoke sub, more freedom to fix it like I wanted after they did a la Jason’s Deli salad bar, and at the same price probably or a tad higher. I like Penn Station but do not see it getting to favorite status with me without significant changes that will not be made.

Better than Subway, Walmart and Blimpie, but that is about it. .The first time I went in the place was semi busy so I assumed that it would be decent. The bread was fresh from the oven and it looked great. The bread was OK. The fillings were sparse and virtually devoid of taste. This is the polar opposite of «real» east coast subs. Those subs are much much bigger with better toppings and bread that seems like it is baked for a sub instead of an Olive Garden. Real East Coast style subs aren’t cheap but they are Amazing. Save your money. This sub was just over $ 10 with tax. Penn Station wouldn’t last a week on the east coast. I am not sure it would last much longer if it were close to a Publix. NG = Not Good

No salads. They have not one salad on the menu and can’t «create one» They should look at the Subway, Quiznos, Firehouse etc menus… I do not eat bread. There was nothing I could eat and he seemed shocked I would even try and order a salad. So can’t comment on quality of food, we left without eating.

I love chains that start in one region with food from another. In this case it’s Ohio bringing us «east coast» sammiches. I guess there’s one of these near my brother in Knoxville. He likes to inform us of food in Knoxville like it’s amazing(hint: it’s not) and so when one of these opened up near our parents’ house, we got sandwiches from there on Saturday. I guess its closest chain relative around this area would be Firehouse or Jimmy Johns? You don’t have that pick your toppings sort of experience like Subway. You pick from the menu, though there is a build your own option, and can add/subtract. Then you walk down to the other end of the counter and pay. I have no idea really where you order the fries, it makes most sense at the front so that’s what we did. The fries thing is a bit like Five Guys, they hand cut the potatoes, and you can get a massive bucket. They have four sandwich sizes to confuse and irritate you: 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″. There are a couple chicken sandwiches, but none of them sounded appetizing to me… teriyaki, chicken parmesan, chicken cordon bleu. A buffalo one was the monthly special but meh. There’s a cheeseteak and a rueben for beef options. Then a club, a pizza, an Italian, and a sausage one. There’s also an option for a veggie sandwich, an artichoke sandwich, or chicken/tuna salad. They are incredibly slow, and there is not any very good place for standing and waiting for your order. I got the Philadelphia Cheesesteak, which is not remotely like one at all, because they put pizza sauce on it. Yeah. I thought that sounded fun so I got it. It wasn’t bad. It had meat, provolone, banana peppers, sauteed onions, mayo, brown mustard, and pizza sauce. The onions really needed to be sauteed a couple minutes longer. That was really my only complaint but there was nothing that amazing about the sandwich. The fries weren’t that great. It just wasn’t anything that stood out about the food. Just another sandwich chain, honestly. Oh and everything is canned, so even though a grilled artichoke sandwich sounds great, they come from a giant can as seen on display by the checkout. No. And they serve Pepsi so I guess I’ll probably never see one of these in Atlanta.
