Moe’s Southwest Grill

Definitely a regular at this Moe’s. They have not ever disappointed me. The staff is always knowledgeable and very quick. They even have the tables always cleaned off. I will continue to visit this Moe’s in the future!

Do you want to know why there are only two reviews (at least that I can see) for this restaurant? it generally is a good indicator that the restaurant has made very few people upset. The majority of people that write reviews are upset about a meal, or it is the best meal EVER! Well, I am here to tell you-​I frequent this particular Moe’s. The Mrs. and I love coming here. The consistency is good, especially if you come when it’s busy. I feel that there are plenty of choices depending on what I’m in the mood for. But golly, I do love that John Coctostan! It’s just a real treat. My wife likes the Homewrecker. The other week was no different than the other times. Clean table, quick service, fresh food (love me some guacamole). We usually leave a $ 3 tip if everything is good. This time was no different. Our bill came out to $ 25 with the tip on there. Well, we got our bank statement, and it appeared that we were charged $ 30 more than what our ticket was for that night. Today around noon I stopped in and spoke to the GM, Marshall Watne. He was quick to help me find the receipt from the other night and then found the error. When the tip was entered it was done so incorrectly. Mr. Watne corrected the error quickly and apologized for the mistake. Yes, I did have to bring it to their attention-​but mistakes happen. In my opinion, if someone can make it right and take ownership, then there is no problem. I will continue to patronize this business and recommend that you do as well.

We like fast casual. We eat at places most often that allow you to get your own drink. I prefer to keep the tab at 20 to 25 bucks, because I do not feel as guilty about how much it cost. When I go out to eat I am looking for the main meal of the day. For me the size of that meal, on a hungry day, is about the same size as the Billy Barou nachos, though I have returned to being vegetarian for the last month or so, so I am ordering these nachos with tofu. When I go here and say, I want everything but fresh jalapeños on my nachos, then that is what I am looking to get. But for some reason it seems to work better to individually state the name of each ingredient you want to see included. I do not feel like the make it a meal cups of queso or guacamole are a good deal, and the last time I did that, there was no other guacamole included on my nachos. Why I don’t know. I am fairly sure it comes with that. Why would I not want more guacamole? Yes I am grouching but there is a good deal here to be found and great food. I love the green tea. I do not love being bossy, but I will learn to get along and be a bit more verbal and assertive next time. I missed the corn pico stuff, the guacamole that could have been on there, honestly just buy the cup size or the other larger size and share. The value and beauty of this place is easily appreciated as a vegetarian.
PS: I don’t think the Billy Barou does come with guacamole. Moe’s guacamole was really good. Good enough to order.

When you walk in you traditionally get the «welcome to moe’s» yell from the staff. At this location, one Lone Ranger usually takes charge.
Not a lot of team work, depending on the staff. The core issue is management and has been for years. We stood in line 20 minutes today and there was only one couple in front of us; and only one staff member running the whole front end. (Making food, cashing out customer etc).
Other than that, the food is very fresh and reliably delicious. The ingredients never change but i suppose it’s better to be great at one thing than good at 10. A bit pricy for nachos and a burrito, but scrumptious nevertheless. I love the choice of fresh salsa they have (which is included in you meal).
