What unbelievable, wonderful customer service!
I made an order online on my iPhone over the weekend to have a delivery made today for my parents’ 25^th anniversary. I called to see if they had received it, and they had not. I dug through my email and credit card statement, and I could not find record of my purchase.
I called the shop and was thrilled to find someone there after 5:00. As it turned out, my order did not make it through. Normally, people would just tell you tough luck and that nothing could be done. Not the case this time. They took my order immediately and the designer got to work building out my bouquet while I was on the phone making the order. Not only that, they are delivering the bouquet tonight to make sure my parents’ get it on their actual anniversary.
The woman I spoke with was professional, courteous, and empathetic, and she truly has a customer service mindset. It was so nice to feel like someone was on my side and wanted to help make this happen for my parents.
I now plan to be a loyal customer of this florist, and I made a Unilocal account just to pass this review on.
