Bojangles

Worst Bojangles ever. I’m completely done with this location.
Bojangles was my first job as a teen so I know the place pretty well.
Here’s the core problem with this location. They’re LAZY. They basically cook a ton of food at one time, which often leaves food either undercooked or not cooked properly then set it all out and don’t make more until all the food they made is sold. The ONLY way you can get fresh food is to demand it and tell them you’ll wait for it (i.e. my favorite Cajun Filet Biscuit or Buffalo Bites). Otherwise be prepared to get food that’s been sitting out for hours.
My last experience left me with a Cajun Filet biscuit that was the worst. Imagine you biting into the biscuit and the breading sliding off the filet. And that filet is gross. Like greasy, oily, slick gross. And you have to literally use force to tear it apart with your hands. And I’m supposed to eat this?
The store is poorly managed and the employees basically stand around and prepare food that’s hours old.
But… no one in Hiram seems to care to say anything. But it doesn’t matter, because after breakfast, most seem to go to the newer Popeyes instead.
Do not patronize this location. Management doesn’t care about customers and the staff aren’t paid enough to care about the quality of your food.

Sadly Unilocal does not allow you to give a negative star rating… I went to this location today when it was fairly empty so I was a little put off by the fact that I waited so long in the drive thru. I am a positive person so I figured ”hey maybe that means I’ll have piping hot food”. Not only did I wait patiently but I also donated to the MDA when asked by the girl at the window. I finally got my food and drove off. When I got home I realized that my side dishes were not in the bag. I called very politely to let the manager know. She put me on hold. When she came back she said ”are you sure”. Woah did this chick really ask me that? LOL. I said yes and then the game of back and forth started. She said well I know she didn’t put the coleslaw in the bag but I saw her put the mashed potatoes in there. So I guess this girl thinks I get off on calling fast food places and overexaggerating their mistakes. In addition to her ghetto rude a** attitude she made a point to tell me that she has worked there for a long time and knows how to do her job and that her customers never complain. Somebody give this girl a medal for Fast Food Worker of the Year. Sounds like she could use it and measly little $ 3 credit that she was too busy to apply back to my card. She argued with me long enough to have redone the transaction 5 times. Silly little Bojangles ”manager”. All I wanted was a refund for my sides that they admittedly left out of my bag but instead I had an over the phone audition for a reality show. I’ll take my business back to the Popeyes up the street. Ref***ingdiculous!

Pretty good fast food fried chicken and breakfast biscuits. Chicken can be a little inconsistent in its spicy ness.
