I have had psoriasis half of my life and been to many dermatologist and have not had much luck. Dr Zahner is the very best. Since seeing him for the last 8 years my condition is under control and my life is much better. I highly recommend him.

We went to this doctor to have all three of our kids checked for skin cancer. Normal checkup. They said they only had room to see two of them. While one child was in, they decided they could see the third. She was looked over for about 30 seconds with another child in the room. We did not feel this was at all thorough. Then we got a bill for the one kid for about $ 500. It was for a new patient consultation and another charge for the skin exam. Seemed excessive for 30 seconds at the tail end of another child’s appointment. When we called to discuss what we felt was a massive charge for a blow off of an exam the lady on the phone got immediately aggressive. She said we should not see a doctor if we can’t afford it. She offered a payment plan. Was horribly rude and would not listen at all. This felt like they were really pushing the boundaries of insurance billing. As a business owner I was really surprised by the overtly rude behavior we got almost immediately when we questioned the bill. The service was the worst part. We wanted to start a long term relationship with a derm, but I don’t feel like they cared about our health at all. How can a new patient consult be performed in 30 seconds. I am not sure what their plan is for getting and maintaining customers, but I think a lot of doctors rely on referrals… I would definitely NOT refer this doctor.
