Prasino Cleaning

My wife and I just moved into our new westchester apartment (3 bed/​3 bath) we wanted to make sure that the place was cleaned both inside and out.
We hired Prasino cleaning to do a one-​time Move-​in cleaning based on a referral we received from a friend and we really wanted a company that uses «green» products. I was impressed to see they lived up to the name when the maid showed up in a company Prius. The cleaning lady Prasino sent over worked really hard to make sure all 2,500 sq-​ft was cleaned. But due to some specific task we requested, the job wasn’t completed within the original estimated time. Long story short, I emailed Prasino regarding the situation and the managers came over the next hour, inspected our place and decided to give it another go. This time with a crew of three. Needless to say, our place is now spotless.
It’s great to find a company that’s willing to provide amazing customer service to make sure their clients are happy. My wife and I are so pleased with the service Prasino Cleaning provided that we’re sure to go with them again for any cleaning job we need. Thank you :)
