I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned prior to my wedding day just so it can look perfect, I picked it up it looked decent, HOWEVER they ripped my entire zipper off of the dress, my ripper is no longer attached to the dress. No wonder they didn’t want to show it to me, I only found out when I went to go put my wedding dress on that it was ruined. So disappointed in them. I will never use them again, I had a ton of items to bring them but I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Thanks for ruining my wedding day

I’ve used Hinsdale Cleaners now for 5 yrs and never had an issue. They are very nice, service oriented, and most importantly do an amazing job on all my clothes!
