Dunkin’ Donuts

Are you kidding me? This is beyond frustrating. It’s 6:15 PM and no one is answering the phone! By the way, the phone is still ringing while I’m typing this review.
The only reason for me to be frantically trying to speak with an employee right now is because my mom is locked out of her house!
I realize it’s my mom’s fault for misplacing her keys; BUT, I am NOT OK with «you people» wasting my time.
Despite new technology, the old mantra «Phone First» is still relevant. Answer the phone!

Horrible. Stay away.

Just okay. Limited variety of donuts even early morning on a Sunday. Not the best tasting donuts either.

I love the nonchalant nature of Dunkink Donuts employees. They have lines out the door, but they still treat you like a welcomed nuisance. My plain bagel and cream cheese has yet to result in a juicy beef, so they’re doing something right. Instead of conversation, I get funny looks and head nods which is a pleasant change as I absolutely hate talking to people.
Oh, and leave it to Hinsdale to leave their corporate mark on a donut chain. This location looks like the result of a sudden change in plans of a castle construction. I don’t care if Dunkin Donuts set up a folding table in a parking lot. I’m still getting a deep fried donut, right? But I guess you can’t call it Hinsdale without being suffocated with wealth.

Worst store in DD chain. Nasty creatures inside. Run away!
