I can’t believe the service my wife & I received tonight. We were seated by I the hostess & a few minutes later our waitress arrived. With a warm smile & friendly greeting, «hi my name is malissa», was all we needed. Very attentive to our needs & all around fun time. The manager, Michael, was helpful with the choice of beer cuz I’m so undecisive. My wife had the steak & lobster while I had a burger & fries. Was very shocked with the bill. Thought it would be more expensive but it wasn’t. We felt a little like royalty with the people that were working but best to describe it as a family gathering with great food. Puzzling was the tip ratio. The 40 dollar check with 15% would be 6 bucks. Even the 20% was only 8 bucks. We gave her a ten instead. Keep it up, we will be back.

Poor service quality. First waited 20 minutes on a drink… finally arrived AFTER dinner… then the waitress decides to socialize instead of running my check ASAP. just another reason why we rather drive an hour to Savannah for dinner.

I know it’s a chain restaurant but it still surprises me how poorly this one is carried out. Cocktail watered down, found out fifteen minutes after ordering that one menu’d item was no longer available, member of our party had their food brought out way before the rest, burgers served with no lettuce, tomato, or onion and when mentioned was told we would have had to specifically ask for them, orders all mixed up, and the place was freezing. Should have eaten at home.

Slooooow service, steak was horrible, I had one bite and it was just bad. If I needed one word to describe this place it would be «Fail»!

This location redeemed itself with me a little bit. Our waitress was amazing, the hostess was super friendly, but the food was so so and the salad bar didn’t really have that much on it or some of the things didn’t look the best. Our food came out shortly after we got our order in but it wasn’t cooked right so I ended up sending it back.

Service is always stuck on slow when there is a big party. Having 2 waitresses work it is smart… but it doesn’t help when they don’t communicate with each other. Always attitude, have to wait 10 minutes for a refill of water(I just got up and got it my damn self) and at least try to put orders in TOGETHER so they come out TOGETHER.

First time eating at this location and I have to say it was just alright. I ordered the Belle Mushroom steak with an add on of shrimp skewer. The steak had a lot of cartilage and the garlic butter on top was very gloppy tasting. The shrimp skewer had 3 tiny shrimp on it with barely any flavor, definitely not worth the extra 3.49. The salad bar was probably the only decent thing. My husband loved the dry rubbed ribs. Service was great and very clean restaurant. I would visit again, just wouldn’t order a steak.

As one of the only places in Hinesville open past 9, I venture here when I have to. I usually get the baja tacos and salad bar which are good, but I tried the herb crusted tilapia. Not a bad dish. I’m not a fan of corporate restaurants, but this is the best option in Hinesville.

My wife and I visit here frequently for lunch. It’s close to post and has pretty good food. Marianne is very nice and a great server. We have been lucky to sit in her section a few times already. They also accommodate larger parties.

This is one of my go to places being stationed at Ft. Stewart. The food is good and consistent. The place always looks nice and clean. And the staff really is the best in town! They have a lot of lean options like chicken and fish and the salad bar if you are on a diet. Military discount and a good place to relax.

Great friendly staff. We always sit in the bar area so normaly have rhe same bartender/waitress Kimberly. The tempura green beans are outstanding so are the asian dumplings. I am a big fan of their ribs and chicken. The pretzel burgers are good but messy. We eat here a lot and its a nice place to relax and have a good meal with spouse or friends.

It’s an ok Americana type restaurant. I had te asiago peppercorn sirloin. It was ok. I’m sure I will be back, as there are not many other choices here in hinesville. Service was good and we were seated quickly. Salad bar was ok.

Went and had lunch with the wife at this fine establishment. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly and there when I needed it. I had the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and my wife had the turkey burger. The add on salad bar is a good enough reason to go. The food wasn’t bad but the salad bar certainly stood out. Everything was fresh and there was plenty to choose from. It wasn’t very busy at the time but it seemed as though seating could feel a bit cramped if it were.

While its nothing to write home about, this Ruby Tuesday wasn’t too shabby. The service could use a little kick in the rump as they’re not very attentive, but friendly enough. I had the Avocado Turkey Burger, pretty good & Hubster had the Sante Fe Chicken Quesadilla which looked very dry to me, but he didn’t seem to mind it. We both got the add-on salad bar which was fresh, clean & probably my favorite part of the meal. They also have a 10% Military discount, applies to entrees only according to our receipt.

It’s a Ruby Tuesday, so you should know what to expect. The gf, her Mom, and I visited for dinner 5÷7÷2013. Service was friendly, and helpful enough, offering to stow Mom’s walker while we dined. However, they confused our side dishes, and became a tad less attentive as business increased, so it wasn’t exactly stellar. Mom ordered the half-rack of BBQ baby-back ribs($ 13.99), I the full rack($ 19.99), which is how our side dishes got confused. We sorted that out easily enough though, and the ribs were tender and tasty. Meanwhile, I persuaded the gf to try a surf & turf combo, a petite sirloin with a lobster tail($ 18.99), as she said she had never had lobster before. That was a mistake, as of course the lobster tail was previously-frozen, and thus somewhat tough. The gf was not impressed. I tried a nibble of it and was not impressed either. When we got home, the cat was much less critical. The gf & her Mom both also added the salad bar for a charge of $ 2.99 each. It looked to me like a medium-extensive salad bar, and everything appeared fresh. Both gals heaped their plates with more than they ended up eating, but seemed to enjoy it. Both also had decaf coffee($ 2.49) in generous cups with free refills. The gf also sampled a glass of Seven Daughters Moscato($ 5.99) and her Mom a glass of Red Diamond Merlot($ 4.99), while I had a Heineken(bottle, $ 4.50). All were perfectly acceptable. Poring over the receipt now, though, I notice the gf’s glass of wine is assigned to Guest 1, me, along with my Heineken and full rack of ribs, when it should have been assigned to Guest 2, her, along with her surf & turf and salad bar. Who cares? you may wonder. I point it out because it’s exactly the same sort of mistake that resulted in mixing up the side dishes for two different-sized orders of ribs. But what of that. The food was reliably good, the restaurant was reliably clean and comfortable, the service was friendly if not hyper-efficient, and the prices were reasonable. A meal at such a casual-dining chain should be what you expect, not an adventure, and so it was.

The restaurant look beautiful but the service is lacking and the portions are small when they have the sides you want as I have come here before and like before the had less than half the options available of sides on the menu and those choices were crappy i guest i was just frustrated at that point they need to get it together! Only good thing is that they have a congenial manager just that he need to work on operations and training to give better experience.

I ate at this particular Ruby Tuesday 3 times before leaving Hinesville. The first time I had a burger and got violent food poisoning. The next two times, I had Tilapia and a Sirloin and both were delicious. Service can be spotty, but I can deal. One of the better selections for food in Hinesville.

I was in town on business at Fort Stewart for 5 days. I’ll give it 4 stars for the shear fact that the restaurant selection in Hinesville, Georgia is slim pickings and the food and menu were much better than other places. They had a new menu they were trying out. The salad bar was good, the peach sangria was yummy, and they offered healthier meal options with information on calories. Plus I think the prices were good for an entrée with two sides. P. S. The steaks at Hinesville Steakhouse ARENOT good steaks. Go to a bigger city to experience good steaks.
