Love that they partner with the Hampton Inn Hinesville; I was there last month and I’m currently staying at the Hampton Inn until the end of the month. The staff is really nice; they were very welcoming and filling out the guest pass is too easy.
I’ve been taking Zumba classes there and I really love Tina and LeNesha! They make it fun and I love the music. The facility is small but that really doesn’t bother me. It really seems like a community more like family every time I’m there! I recommend to anyone living or staying in the Hinesville area!

I went here for a workout while I was in town for a few days; free entry is part of the package for staying at a nearby Quality Inn (which I have also reviewed).
After a few moments filling out a sheet of paper, I was in the weight room, having at it.
I liked it. Fairly spartan, lots of rust, steel, and equipment with nicks and dings. It isn’t pretty, it doesn’t having matching stuff and pretty staff ~ but it has a squat rack, bunches of benches and lots of dumbbells and varying handles for the cable machine; it’s a gym.
A mite bit small, perhaps, but I got a great workout there today (Dead lift, Squat, Romanian Deadlits with some core work sprinkled throughout), and plan on getting a good chest/​back workout as well.
A little crowded and under-​equipped to expect to do super sets without anyone cutting in, but no one was curling on the squat rack and everyone was progressing on their equipment without stalling.
I have no idea what the admission price or membership is, and I’m not certain I’d happily pay, but for a free visit it made me perfectly happy and I had a satisfying workout.
A note for the ladies: there were a few fit, good-​looking women there, doing Olympic lifts and such; no one bothered them, no one asked if they needed help; it seemed that the (generally older) men there had no interest in being «creepers» or «bros». I can’t say that’s always the way, but it was my one experience.

The price is right for what you get in return, but the equipment old and on days It’s crowded good luck trying to get a good work out.

Its ok, nothing to write home about, or complain about, a lil smelly more than i like but hey its a gym right some people just have hygiene issues but the staff are polite and tryvery well to keep things clean and free of germs.
