Gary arrived on the job at the time that was scheduled and called prior to arriving to confirm appointment. Did an excellant job on all the work done while providing a good, honest price for additional work that needed to be completed. Job was completed without making a mess. Will use again and would highly recommend to friends, family and neighbors.

We had Gary and Giovanni out today to clean our Chimney. They worked efficiently, protected the surrounding areas, had nice looking equipment, and they were very polite.

We had an excellent experience with Pozzi Chimney Sweep. They were on time (actually early, but only after a courtesy call to make sure it was alright!). They did a fantastic job on our chimney cleaning and gave us some great advice as first time fireplace owners. They were pleasant and professional, I also appreciated the appointment reminder postcard we recieved in the mail a few days prior to our appointment! We will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Working wiht Pozzi Chimney Sweep was top notch from beginning to end. Working with Laura about my issue and getting the appointment set up was great — she made sure they would be able to do the job before even scheduling Gary to come out.
Today Gary and his newphew came out and installed the chimney cap in very windy conitions without issue. Both guys were very pleasant, patient and answered all my questions. They even inspected both my fireplaces to see if they needed cleaning.
One of my fireplaces does need cleaning and I will definately have Pozzi Chimney come back and do the work.
Great company, I highly recommend them for any of your fireplace or chimeny needs

A consummate professional from start to finish — incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I recently moved into a home with a chimney that looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in 5+ years. Gary not only cleaned it out, he also showed me how light the fireplace (newbie) and checked the ducts and detectors. I had a lot of questions and Gary answered them. We’re having Gary come back to replace our back chimney panel and will continue to use Pozzi for all our future chimney and vent needs.
