This place is so terrible they derserve way less than a zero. Back when we had work done the guy who came out for the consultation is now the owner I believe and dealing with him this past year was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. First Impressions: My Mother had work done in 2011. Her basement had terrible water damage and mold. So Tim came up with a plan for whole new sani dry unit and mold spray. Drainage in the yard. His work was guarenteed for a lifetime. Even if new owners come along. I personally did not meet Tim at this time. My mother was dealing with him and said he seemed nice. Everything seemed to go well the basement didn’t have any problems and sani dry system was well worth it as it suckes all moisture out of the air. So far so good untillll… A few months ago we had quite a bit of rain and one of the drains at the bottom of her steps in the basement started filling with water so she called Tim and after a few phone calls finally calls her back and says he’ll be out ont he 19th of Sept. Two weeks after it started flooding. Kind of a long time considering the facts but perhaps he was busy.perhaps. Then his guys just show up on the 18th with no phone call or anything. Lucky for them I just happen to be there. There are like 8 guys. Why I don’t know becuase half of them did nothing but talk on their phone or stand around smoking ciggarettes. I was not super thrilled considering I needed to leave at 2pm and it was 12 and I asked the guy about how long they should be and he states in a rude manner«I don’t know …». Then asked him if there is a charge for any of this and he states that there will be no charge since its apart of the warranty. So from what I could see they cut a small square of floor out and re-cemented it. It’s like 1:50 and I go to remind the guy I need to leave and he is in mid-story talking to another worker. I say excuse me like 3 times and he looks at me like«are you seriously interrupting me?» Then says«we’ll be done in 10» then returns to his story. He comes to the door says they are finished and leaves. Never says what they did or what the problem was. This is where things get ridiculous… So Tim’s wife calls and says that the worker left a folder there with all our info and she wanted to come get it as soon as possible. She was suppose to call me so we could arrange a time. She seemed really in a hurry to get that folder. Which made me wonder whats in the folder? Well it’s all the work they had ever done since 2011 and right smack dab on top of the folder is a sticky note stating what they needed to do on the 19th and that there would be a starting charge of $ 250 just for coming out. Deeper into the folder I find 2 different contracts. The one that was showed to my mother and signed with the work that was to be completed and cost and one she never saw with the breakdown of where all the costs come from. The stuff clients never see. Several charges of services that were never performed. I get a call from Tims wife saying can she get the folder. I ask her is there going to be a charge and she states yea that there will be and that they will bill me. I tell her I asked the guy if there would be one before he started and stated no. She says the workers dont know about that side of things. What? So basically you have workers perfoming jobs and know nothing about the cost? I tell her that is a bunch of bull and if they don’t know something a customer asks, then they should call the owner before performing any job. Then I told her if they want that folder back I suggest they figure out the whole cost thing. I will admit I was a bit rude but I was non too pleased that I have to play these ridiculous games instead of people just being straight forward. Tim her husband called my mother and she tells him to call me. So I state to him my problem with all of this and how the guy said there would be no charge and he says«yea the guys don’t know whats going on really they just do what I tell them»…im like are you serious? Your telling me they didn’t read that sticky note right on the front of the folder with everything that needed to be done with the price on the bottom? Tim then gets super angry tells me it’s going to be $ 900 starts yelling and insulting me saying I think i’m all that and that i’m snooty. LMAO all because I was talking in a calm matter. He totally lost it and said if we didn’t give the folder back the warranty doesnt exist which he can’t do. He stated now there would be no charge he just wanted the folder. I said to send a statement stating that and I would return the folder in which he replied by yelling and hung up on me. Sooo that’s how it ended really. I have never seen such bad business in my opinion. Honestly I don’t think I’d want their services ever again.
