I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Fraum and Fraum Chiropractic. Unfortunately, I have had several medical issues to include hip surgery that did not remedy my problem and currently have a herniated disc in my lumbar spine and I’m only 34. I have always been skeptical of chiropractic treatment; however, after only 3 visits, much to my surprise, I feel better than I have in a very long time! Dr. Fraum took a lot of time to explain to me what he saw on my x-​rays, how the spine works, and how he could treat me. In my experience, he went above and beyond most doctors. His office staff is so friendly and Maggie at the front desk is wonderful. I now understand why he came so highly recommended, could not agree more, and likewise, will recommend him to everyone. Go — you wont be disappointed!

There is a reason Dr. Fraum and his staff are voted the best on Hilton Head year after year! They are simply the best! I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Fraum for years and have never felt better. I found Dr. Fraum on line as I was coming to work with the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina to do a show and thew my back out SOOOO BAD RIGHT before I came. within a week he had me moving and groovin but also kept an eye on what structural issues I had before I even threw it out– and was in commitment to getting to the bottom of it for good while i was here. This guys a champ. Go to him.

Only two days into a weeklong vacation, my lower back seized up after getting pounded by some monster waves while boogie boarding. I went from fully active to being hunched up and unable to even play mini-​golf.
Having previously been under chiropractic care for wellness and maintenance, I knew my best option was to find a chiropractor who’d be able to help me through the initial crisis while helping set a solid foundation for my long-​term health.
I am glad I checked Unilocal and discovered Fraum Chiropractic. From the first phone conversation with the office manager, I knew I was in good hands thanks to her upfront manner and willingness to check with my insurance on what coverage they’d provide. I appreciated her clarity about what to expect in terms of fees.
Each day for the remainder of my trip, Dr. Brad gave me top notch care and his full attention. I learned something new each day I came in for care — with a good mix of what I needed for the immediate pain and what I needed for my long-​term vitality. He even went out of his way to give me recommendations on restaurants frequented by locals and fun things to do with my son while on the island.
By the time my vacation was over, I had resumed a fully active schedule and found myself melancholic that I wouldn’t be able to continue my care with him since the distance between Hilton Head Island and Atlanta is a tad too far. Fortunately, Dr. Brad packaged up my x-​rays and care notes so I could continue the care regimen with an Atlanta-​based practice.
I do look forward to returning to Hilton Head Island for future vacations and will definitely schedule adjustments with Dr. Brad when I do return.

I tell people all the time, if it weren’t for Dr. Brad Fraum, my husband wouldn’t be alive if it weren’t for Dr. Fraum. During my husband’s health crisis involving a spinal collapse due an undiagnosed infection stemming from a steroid injection (giving elsewhere), Dr. Fraum was proactive in his actions as his chiropractor, and most importantly, as my husband’s patient advocate. He helped us get an appointment with a great neurosurgeon, gave us advice along the way, and then continued therapy according to the best collaborative measures as suggested by the neurosurgeon. The end result was superb! No additional surgeries needed because his spine healed beautifully… many adjustments later. Also, the nutritional program we follow played a great part in his recovery… again, thanks, Dr. Fraum.

I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments for over 10 years. When I moved to Hilton Head in 2012, one of the first things on my to-​do list after unpacking was to find a new chiropractor. Since Dr Fraum was voted one of the best on Hilton Head, I decided to give him a try. He gave me a complete evaluation and I have been very pleased with his treatment plan. In fact I even convinced my husband to start seeing him. Dr Fraum even treated my 13-​year-​old grandson when he was visiting this summer, after he complained that his back was hurting. He was feeling better after two or three visits.
