Called from out of state to order flowers for my Aunt & Uncle newly living on the island. Woman that answered the phone was kind and took down my name and address as well as the name and address the flowers were to be delivered to. She suggested a $ 45 arrangement which is outside of my budget. I told her I saw an arrangement I liked on the Teleflora site listed for $ 29.99 made up of carnations and daisys that was more within my price limits. She said we don’t make arrangements at the price range! What a shame a professional florist wouldn’t figure out how to make a $ 30 arrangement. That delivery would have most definitely led to more orders from me and my uncle and more this more business and money. Although nice on the phone, poor business practices and the loss of two potential customers.

My parents live on the Island and I have sent flowers from Sue several times. Each time my mom has raved about each arrangement. Will surely always use Sue for all my flower needs. Thanks so much for doing such a great job and bringing a smile to my Mom’s face

I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt the quality and beauty of my arrangement truly warranted a review. I came down to HHI for our family vacation with the kids before my husband could arrive, and for the first time, we were apart on my birthday. He sent me a gorgeous arrangement from Flowers by Sue that took my breath away. Gorgeous pairing of flowers in a contemorary vase and arrangement. That was over one week ago, and I STILL have new Lily blooms opening and looks as beautiful as it did on my birthday. I truly have never seen such quality. I am confident I will use this florist anytime I am in town and/​or need to send a gift to someone on the island.
You will not be disappointed.

Flowers by Sue was a cute little shop on Hilton Head Island. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a sweet aroma of flowers. Sue was very sweet and helpful with our order. The flowers were beautiful and I was very surprised/​excited with the quality. They were a little expensive, but I think in the long-​run it was worth it.
