Fist know that we are big on cleanliness and sanitation. This dunkin was great. Fresh donuts, bagel was toasted and on point. The guy who handed me my food had a beard and a beard hair guard and gloves sad to say that this is rarely seen but great to know it’s being done here. Everyone was nice and helpful, worried about customer needs. The nicest dunkin donuts I’ve ever been!

Just got 6 egg and turkey sandwiches… none of them had an egg on it… clueless! And the jelly donut had one teenie tiny drop of jelly. We have company here and didn’t see this until we got home. Complete waste of money!

Wife picked up a box of donut holes for a gathering off-site. STALE and I mean BIGTIMESTALE, not many holes were eaten and by the next morning all were ROCK hard. Sadly others in the group have had similar experiences. On the next visit there I spoke with Kevin, the manager. I asked if it was common practice to serve/sell day old goods and he claimed he has never done that; he noted that donuts are received frozen at this location and warmed up. They likely NUKED way too long. What surprised and saddened me even more was the manager never even offered to replace them — maybe the ones being served that morning were similar :-) Thankfully lots of alternatives on the island!

Literally the slowest drive trough ever! It’s actually insane how long you wait to get something quick. I do not recommend.

Very clean environment. Friendly staff. Saturday morning it was crowded and the staff was a little over whelmed. We had to wait a while for our coffee, mixed up a few orders. Today, Sunday the place was slow, The woman at the register was sooo friendly, she greeted us when we came in the door. Took the time to talk to us and kid around a little. THISWOMAN, SORRY I DIDNOTGETHERNAMEDESERVES A RAISE. SHEISJUSTTHEKINDOFPERSONYOUWANTGREETINGYOUINTHEMORNING… BEFOREYOU’VEHADTHATFIRSTCUPOFCOFFEE. The woman at the register knew her regular customers and called them by name. Coffee was hot, donuts were fresh. This our regular breakfast place when we visit Hilton Head.

Horrible. Stopped here around noon on a weekday and the two donuts I ordered were stale and clearly old. Bleh!

One of the more original Dunkin Donuts I have been to. Ample parking and a large dining room, as well as a meeting room, help to accommodate large crowds or business meetings. The staff was courteous and friendly and the food was fresh and typical of the dunkin chain

Clean and big, but keep driving. There’s one near I-95. Took 25 minutes to get order, which was wrong. Staff was extremely friendly but extremely overwhelmed. After orders were placed, waiting in the pick up line is when they decided to tell you what they were out of, then continued to get annoyed when no one was claiming orders that were being called out, because they were wrong. Just keep going, you’ll find another one…

This has got to be the nicest and biggest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever seen. I came in early in the morning after 6am and everything was fresh, but that should be expected since we were some of the first few customers. My only complaint is the entrance to this location and the lighting in HHI. I must’ve done 2 u-turns just to find the entrance in the dark. If you’re driving past the sign to get on to the island, then you’ll need to turn around, drive past the sign again to turn into what looks like a new small plaza of stores to get into Dunkin Donuts. While Dunkin Donuts is just another typical fast food chain, this location is good for fresh donuts in the morning including hot breakfast items, and it’s got ample space and seats. Half the store felt like a Starbucks. I’d come back if I needed to on the island.

Just bought two dozen assorted donuts, got home and discovered that they are all stale. So disappointing.

The donuts are fresh and the coffee is hot! From the littlest munchies to the larger donuts and fritters… we love Dunkin’ Donuts on a weekend. Alittle busy, but they gave a lot of thought into what would make this a good location on the island.
