Tourist favorite place to hang out. Many bars and restaurants to choose from and they entrainment on most summer nights. Check out the Frosty Frog or catch an Indie movie within walking distance of your condo and across the street from the beach.

SUPER touristy! This was the least favorite shopping of our trip. It is right next to the beach which is nice if you forgot something.

This is an awesome place to visit while on the island. The have live music every evening and kids activities depending on the day of the week. Plus you have several ice cream parlors to choose from as well as a array of shopping. Most of the shopping tends to be a bit tourist driven but why not pickup a few trinkets to take back home. Plus there is a grocery store called Piggly Wiggly right in the shopping center. This center offers free parking though limited and should be a place to if nothing else but people watch.

Coligny Plaza is an amazing shopping center! Cute stores, a splash park, beach access, and live music in the evenings. Camp Hilton Head and Island Girl are two of my favorite places to visit, as well as Sugar Sugar and Rita’s Italian ice. This is a must visit for your vacation in Hilton Head. I highly recommend this place.

We actually came to Coligny Plaza looking for the little theater that does foreign films(awesome!) but spent the day here because there is so much to do. Lunch, putt-putt(across the street), movie, coffee, shopping for gifts, dinner, and then a romantic sunset walk on the beach! A great way to spend the last day of our honeymoon.

Coligny Plaza is the pulse of Hilton Head. Bustling with people day and night. Beach attire to dinner clothes are seen here. There is no beach parking, but the beach is walkable. Two of my Island favorites are at Coligny. Lunch outside on Steamers patio is always fun, and I highly recommend. Italian ice from Rita’s is just what is needed after a day at the beach or a day golfing. Tons of stores to make everyone happy. Small ponds to look at wildlife. Bike rentals. Live music in the evenings.

lots of quirky tourist stores here. A few gems. A few duds. But it’s fun to walk through every year. A few places to eat. Parking gets full. We come every year at least once…

This was my first trip to Hilton Head And we stayed right around the corner from this amazing shopping center. It has easy access to the beach and tons of parking! We also are several meals in this little shopping center. Steamers is a wonderful little restaurant and island girl and quiet storm are great for shopping!!! I had a blast and felt I could have easily spent the day shopping and dining in this plaza. A must visit.

Nice shopping, lots of stores to browse. Piggly Wiggly is in the complex to get supplies for your vacation. A constant and first stop when we get to Hilton Head Island.

Although the parking situation can be somewhat of a nightmare, I love Coligny Plaza. First, this is one of the oldest shopping centers on the island and a lot of the businesses have been there for thirty years(which is really old, considering the age of development on the island). Second, many of the businesses are locally owned. There’s a variety of shops and restaurants(even have a fudge shop that’s been there as long as I can remember as well as a new cupcake shop). The place has nice landscaping once you leave the parking areas – a lagoon, nice palm trees etc. There’s a nice – but small – kid’s area in the center. The quality of the shops varies – I’ve seen everything from cheap souvenir ships to ones full of Lily Pulitzer dresses.

I am a 25 year annual islander… usually spending 3 weeks a year. In those 25 years I have only had two incidents which were unpleasant on the island… both occurred at Coligny Plaza. One was a drunk who made leud remarks to me then 7 year old granddaughter… then last night their caricature vendor made an pff color remark to my now 10 yr old granddaughter after doing her caricature and then when I called him on it he got in my face and challenged me to a fight… when I walked away he followed me and again chest bumped me… when I bumped back he was in such shock that an old man wouldn’t just crawl away he didn’t know what to do… his buddies«restrained» him and I left… but he followed me yelling and telling me to come back… what a way to ruin a nice evening… then the security folks wouldn’t do anything, the local police wouldn’t do anything, and the phone number for the property management company went to a recording of nothingness. There are many fine shops there and the Frosty Frog has the best hamburger on the island… but we won’t be back until this individual is no longer associated with Coligny… I can’t believe he represents what they want Coligny Plaza to represent. So, if you go… enjoy a burger at Frosty Frog and stay away from the caricature vendor.

Shopping! Shopping! Shopping! Whether you are a shop-o-holic or a souvenir junkie, this place is for you! There are stores for all walks of life here! Swimsuits, T-Shirts, Jewelry, Hardware. Everything! Catering to locals as well as summer tourists. Anchored by the Piggly-Wiggly grocery, this shopping center offers quite a choice of activities and goods to its shoppers. Visit the fudge shop for a sweet treat, or take a picture with the ice cream cow at the creamery. See a movie and then treat yourself to dinner out. Take the kids to the Art Café to paint their clay ornaments. Rent a bike and ride it on the beach. See a magic show in the square, or feed the koi in the ponds. The Teen Club is available to the young at heart. To keep them thumpin to the beat all night long! Never feel alone, lost or scared after night, the police station is across the street. A shuttle offers rides to all those who got carried away with the shopping!

An excellent array of gift, clothing, and sundry shops, as well as a variety of eateries and entertainment(movie theater, bars), can be found at Coligny Plaza. The Piggly Wiggly supermarket is also located within the plaza. Unlike Sea Pines, which you must pay $ 5 to enter so you can have the privilege of shopping at their stores, there is no fee to wander here. You are sure to find whatever souvenir you’re looking for here!
