Howard Meguro – Coldwell Banker

We recently closed on a property with Howard as our buyer’s agent and highly recommend him. We do not live in Hawaii (yet), so our time on the island is limited when we are there and we had to submit an offer and close from 9,000 miles away.
Howard was very accommodating of our tight schedule. He offered some great insights into the area and gave us some great tips. In working with him remotely, he was always prompt, clear, and thorough in email. He explained everything very well. He also played a vital role in keeping all of the different parties on track for our closing date, coordinating between the lender and the title company. We were even able to close a few days early!
