Receptionist: not very receptive. Made us feel like we were interrupting her day. She wasn’t rude but certainly not customer-friendly. We went in because my husband had questions about filling out some paperwork. The receptionist had us sit down in the conference with no explanation of what we were waiting for. We waited for about 10 – 15 minutes without anyone checking on us. That’s a lifetime in waiting measure especially when you’re sitting around and not know what is going on. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the lady who finally came in to help us with paperwork was very friendly and helpful. It’s true. No matter how nice the place is when the receptionists are not customer-service oriented, the business is pretty much crap. Too bad. I might have been much happier if I encountered the second person first.
