They upcharge parts and labor too much. However, when you need them, they will be there.

This is a terrible terrible company. We had our well pump replaced 2 years ago with the 5 year warranty by them who charged us 1600 $. Later we find out that the pump they installed at 115′ was only rated for 80 – 100′ and when it failed they said «we are under new ownership and are not honoring warranties from the previous owners. but what we can do for you is install a new pump for 2000 $» They are completely ridiculous and have zero integrity. Do not trust this company!
