Would give zero stars if I could. I only came here because I was in a rush and it is in a convenient location (I guess that could account for one star, actually). Firstly, when I dropped off my items I needed to use a restroom and when I asked the woman if they had one I could please use she said they «didn’t have one.» I realize this isn’t a huge deal and she isn’t obligated to let me use the restroom but seriously, I was literally doing the potty dance and I actually walked into one of the other businesses and they let me use theirs without even buying anything so give me a break. It’s just silly. Okay… then the woman told me they would have my items by Monday (dropped my items off on a Tuesday). This seemed like a long time to wait, but she said they have to send their Uggs out to be cleaned so it takes time (also, $ 35 to have Uggs cleaned seems high but whatever… there was one small watermark that I needed removed). When I returned on the following FRIDAY, she looked at my account on the computer, walked over to a shelf, and then came back and told me they hadn’t arrived yet and wouldn’t be here until this coming Monday. When I challenged her and reminded her she had told me this week, she became rude and insisted that she had not. I asked her why did she go and check the shelf then and she couldn’t even stutter a response. I am angry at myself because I can’t find the check slips and I know the date was on them but whatever… I will not go here again and I recommend you go somewhere else too, there are plenty of other dry cleaners in Hillsborough.
