Towne Centre Family Care

I went here for the first time two days ago. The woman who answers the phone is very sweet. When I went there, they were very friendly. I got into my appointment early, and had to wait under 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door. The nurse practitioner was super friendly, kind, and talkative (in a good way). I then saw Dr. Piech who was very nice. He definitely wasn’t one of those doctors that rushes around and doesn’t really listen to you. He appeared to really listen to what I said, didn’t cut me off, and asked really important questions. He also told me to come for bloodwork whenever I was available. I did so the next morning when they opened at 8am, and had to wait less than 5 minutes. The woman who did my bloodwork was very sweet, bubbly and helped ease my anxiety since I’m terrified of needles. I didn’t even feel the needle, which was helpful because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past. I’ve had horrible experiences with other doctors in Hillsborough, so it’s nice to know there’s somewhere I can go that treats you kindly and doesn’t rush you around and brush you to the side. I’d recommend them.
