Dental Care Hillsborough

This is a very good place. I totally recommended. very nice people and very good environmental. And the best thing I am not afraid to see the dentist anymore.

So this place is great. Very courteous on the phone and in person. Very nice and friendly and understanding. They offered drinks while I wait, nice waiting area. Dental hygienist was very friendly. She asked about my job being really cordial and nice. Joking around with me, super nice and let me know about the promotions going on. Always made sure that I had time to ask questions. Explained everything thoroughly. Then the dental advisor was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly as well. As much as I hated hearing that I have 2 cavities for the first time, they were very nice in telling me and advising what I should do all the way through being really helpful.

I would call Dental Care Hillsborough a modern and efficient new turn on dentistry. Although no dental experience is pleasant, unless you’re a complete weirdo, its nice to be able to have a dentist with no BS and no long wait times. I have gotten 5 cavities filled over the past year and 2 cleanings. Every time I go I never wait more than 30 min and I have actually been called up for earlier appointments months ahead of time. Last time I was there I was waiting for my boyfriend and they called me in at the same time with him because someone had not shown up. The first time you make an appointment you will be assigned a project manager who will ask you all the questions on the forms you filled out along with some other background questions. From start to finish the entire process is planned out efficiently. The assistants and helpers (not sure the titles) besides the dr. do most of the work but the doctor does the major work and does check on your after/​before your cleaning to make sure diagnosis are correct. My favorite part of this dental experience is when they show you what your teeth look like via camera. They go through all the work you need, show you the x-​rays, and show it to you by camera. Your project manager is also great in scheduling convenient follow-​up appointments with you, making the process and painless as possible while maximizing your value. I would definitely go here if you are not really into your current dentist or think you can do better. When it comes to the health care field, technology and modern processes make the difference.

Dental Care Hillsborough is great. The doctor was very gentle. My cleaning was good since i could watch TV during it. They are in network with my Aetna insurance and my wife’s Delta Dental Insurance. i give it thumbs up.
