Mr. Plunkett arrived on time and spent about one hour in our front and back yard listening to our concerns and examining the trees. He identified problems on the spot and also reassured us as to what conditions were normal in developing trees. He took photos of things he was uncertain of and got back to us, via email, within 24 hours with a diagnoses and recommendations for treatment. He provided the name and website for a supplier of natural pest controls for a mite problem with cedar trees on our property. He advised on future pruning to improve tree shape and stability. He also gave recommendations for future shade tree planting. During our consult he was professional and patient; we never felt rushed. I would recommend him if you have concerns about your trees or for a general maintenance inspection.
