I normally like this place, but the last time I went the only sorbet flavor they had was cherry lime and it tasted like dish soap. My vegan friend had nothing good to eat there. I’m unimpressed with the lack of vegan/dairy-free options.

Best taro flavor i have had in Oregon. Taste very authentic and delicious. One of the very few good boba places in Oregon. I highly recommend!

Tried the Bubble Tea and Frozen Yogurt and both were a bit of a let down. The tapioca pearls were really soggy, as if they’ve been sitting for faaaar too long. The frozen yogurt was incredibly tart and just didn’t hit the spot. The sides for the frozen yogurt were pretty plentiful, but the jellies and such were really disappointing. The staff was very nice, but the products just didn’t really measure up. We will probably have to find a different place to try next time.

We stopped in after the new owners took over in May and absolutely enjoyed our visit. The place was clean, the employees were all very friendly. Since it was our first time the employee was very helpful with the samples. Loved that idea! We were able to try before buying! The 3 of us all got something different and it was all delicious besides being very reasonably priced. We will definitely go again and again. We highly recommend Yogurt Munch for a fun and tasty experience with friends and family!!! PS. The grandkids«loved» it!

After witnessing a family of 4 «sample» every flavor twice, and use the same used sample cups, I was beyond disgusted. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here until they start serving the samples themselves, or at least pretend to care when people are clearly abusing the free samples(especially when they reuse a licked cup!).

Not a fan of this place because the froyo had very artificial tastes and weird aftertaste. I would recommend going to Menchie’s instead that’s just a 5min drive away.

OK– so I am really a Menchies fan, but was near this one and thought what the heck, I need yogurt now… It is bright and cheerfull when you enter. It is clearly and independant, not a franchise. With that said they do a really nice presentation. It looks like a franchise for the most part. They have a nice selection of yogurt, but could improve the toppings area. the space they left for the toppings area is so small it looks like an afterthought. The toppings are as important as the yogurt. The spoons are plain. no big deal right? well your competition has wild spoons, so you really should upgrade a bit… and some music would be nice. There was none on this day. Some speakers outside for the tables would be nice too.

Kinda expensive. Not as many choices. Menchies is a better option if you go up an exit to 185.

My son and i stopped in at 9:03 tonight for some frozen yogurt. Bad mistake that was more then half the machines won’t working the place was a mess. There was only 1 employee working and he had no name tag on. When i went to pay i asked him why more then half the machine did not work and he response was that they get the way at the end of the day! So my response back to him was so we shouldn’t come and hour before closing he said pretty much. He informed me that it was hard to keep them up and take money. I am sure that they were most likely busy today due to the great weather we had today. I don’t blame the poor kid. I blame owner/management . We won’t be back! You really should do a deep clean of your place. But i doubt this place will be in busy much longer. There is much better frozen yogurt places to go to.

This yogurt shop is quite unkept. It gets very busy and they often really need more than 1 employee to make bubble tea while the other tidies up and runs the register. I feel bad for the workers! The bubble tea isn’t good, they should drop that act all together. Toppings are not fresh and floor is always dirty.

Finally found a good Bubble Tea place to replace OreAsian — which i believe closed down :( This place is really good — has authentic bubble tea, good texture and tasting boba and you also have the option to add any of the jellies and such to it(and i don’t thing there was an extra cost too). The staff is very friendly too — I’ll definitely try their froyo selection while im in this store again.

Checked the website at 8:30, it said they were open till 10:00. My boyfriend and I decided to go since it was open and we wanted a late night treat. How foolish of us. We show up and as we are walking up, my boyfriend says, «Did you see she turned off the open sign?» He was referring to the employee who was working inside. It appeared to me that she was cleaning up. I said, «She can’t be. It’s only 9:00.» We walked closer to the store. We approached the front doors and could see that they said they are open Monday-Sunday and that they close at 10:00 each night. I pulled on the doors to enter and realized they were locked. The employee inside looked at me and showed me nine fingers. I responded by pointing at the hours posted on her door. She displayed nine fingers once again. I motioned for the employee to come to the door. She came, unlocked the door and said, «We’re closed.» I said, «Your website and your sign says you are open.» She mumbled something but I couldn’t quite understand it. I then said, «You should change that so that people don’t waste their time.» She again mumbled something that I could not understand. I gave up and left. I was and still am angry. I did what any customer is supposed to do. I researched the hours so that I did not waste my time driving the whole way there and it ends up being closed. The website and the doors to the store clearly say they are open every day till 10:00. I can’t rate it on anything else but their customer service and the fact that I wasted my gas.

This is my favorite fro yo place for the following reasons: 1. It’s always clean.. that’s a big deal to me. 2. Staff is always friendly. 3. Yogurt itself is tasty and I love the clear labels identifying vegeterian and vegan options. No one else has done this around here. 4. They have bubble teas! They’re not the best I’ve ever tasted but seeing as this is primarily a fro yo place, I’m just glad they’re Ok. 5. They have plenty of seating and they have books and toys for children, something my kids love. 6. Process are competitive and they have a punch card.

Very small flavor selection compared to other yogurt places and 43 cents/oz is expensive for below average tasting yogurt. I tried the Tiramisu and the white chocolate macadamia nut. Both flavors were way off in terms of taste and weren’t even average tasting. Many of the flavors were quite watery as well instead of being creamy. Would definitely not visit this place again.

JUSTSOEVERYONEKNOWS, if I could rate this place as 0⁄5 stars, I would. NEVERGOHERE, WORSTSERVICE I’VEEVERHAD, ANDWORSTBUBBLETEA. I went here to order a smoothie bubble tea, I asked the lady if I could sample any of the flavors to see if I actually want to pay money for them. She tells me no. I ask her what would happen if I get a flavor and I don’t like it, she mumbles«I don’t. know.» After this I decide to go with a safe flavor and get taro, I’ve had this flavor at many places and it’s my favorite flavor. I get the taro bubble tea, the tapioca is hot on the bottom, which seemed bizarre to me. I try it and it tastes like coconut, nothing remotely close to any taro thing I’ve had before. I go and ask the lady whether she put anything coconut in it because it tastes like coconut to me. She tells me no, that that’s taro, I tell her that it tastes nothing like any taro I’ve had and I’m not drinking this and I would like either a refund or a new smoothie. The lady proceeds to argue with me for 20 minutes about how she can’t refund food items and it would cost the business to much money to make another smoothie over me «deciding I don’t want that flavor anymore» During this whole thing she wasn’t even looking at me and helping other people and ringing them up instead of helping me first. She then just asks me what I want out of nowhere, FINALLY, I don’t know why she couldn’t have done this to begin with. Other people came up to me outside of the place and told me they were proud I stood up for myself and couldn’t believe the lady was arguing with me like she did. I had her make watermelon, got it and immediately left because I was so upset. The watermelon smoothie almost made me throw up, my friend, too. It was just disgusting. I’M NEEEVERGOINGHEREEVEREVEREVER, WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEPERIOD. ANDWORSTBUBBLETEA, TOO. I’m going to make sure I tell everyone I know how terrible this place is.

Literally no comparison to savory spoon a few blocks away. The froyo here tastes old and cheap

Yogurt Munch is not just any fro-yo place. Flavors and bubble teas are AUTHENTIC and OH-SO-YUMMY! Can I give a shout for TARO! Yes, it’s fun, hip and happening, AND has a great section for kids to play, watch a movie while the parents visit. Any place that intentional accommodates the little ones in how they do business gets FIVEBIGSTARS from me. We had a great time enjoying company while my son was entertained. I was sad to leave, so I’ll be sure to keep YOGURTMUNCH on my list of top play date locations!

Sigh. This is our neighborhood fro-yo spot and since it’s right next to Winco, I thought I would be stopping by more than we do. We’ve gotten fro-yo a few times, nothing too special, no crazy flavors. It’s pretty basic but that’s alright. I’m really upset by the Boba tea. Now, I know this is a fro-yo place, but I love me some bubble tea. I was pretty excited when the store announced they were now carrying bubble tea. We stopped in to order it. I ordered lavender with rainbow jellies, the boyfriend ordered something similar. It took a very long time for the tea to come out, and it was served in a regular cup. Not a boba cup. also, my tea was warm. As if I had ordered some regular tea with milk in it. I know this is essentially what boba is, but it just didn’t do it for me. I couldn’t drink it because the flavor was so off. Maybe after they get through the bumps of first having boba I would try again.

Yogurt Much is a very typical self-serve froyo spot. The flavors are hit-or-miss, often times too milky for my liking. The yogurt consistency is more miss than hit, as I find that some flavors are runnier than they should be. They do have a good variety of candies and chocolates and nuts, though. It’s also convenient since I can get my froyo fix after my grocery run at Winco. They recently increased the price per ounce(~43 cents?). Not cool, bro.
