We had a 30 inch diameter dead cherry tree overarching our entire(tight) NW back yard(and beyond), including a garden of 5 – 9 foot japanese maples with underplantings of ferns, daphne and corylopsis. There is also a cottage in the corner of the yard, and a brick patio laid in sand. We went to work after leaving a few instructions about how high to leave the stump; came home, and no tree, no damage. I would have loved to be there to see how they pulled that off! It was a technical feat. This is the crew you need, who all used to work for David Allie when he was the owner. Joel, the new owner, hired the crew when he bought the business, and the work is of the same fantastic caliber. Recommend without reservation.

Apparently you gotta be someone to get this dude to call you back, and we aren’t someone. A friend of ours has used him extensively and had rave reviews. Soooooooooo. We called him and left an extensive message early this summer for a large job at our parents home, no return call. Left another message, no return call. Hmmmmmm, business is that good you can afford to ignore customers in this economy? We referred him to our good friends for another job removing 2 trees, several weeks ago, no return call once again. They called, left another message, zero. I guess it wasn’t just us he wanted to ignore. If you are overwhelmed Walt and cannot do every job that comes your way, at least have the courtesy to call back and say so instead of ignoring, a callback takes minutes and could go a long way for your reputation. To say the least we won’t be trying to give you money any longer nor will we refer anyone to you.
