Wow f you subway. I love subway I especially love how nice they are. Although not today. It doesn’t help that I am having a rough day regardless so I was looking forward to coming in being greeted by the nice staff and being taken care of, because that’s one of the many reasons people go out to eat for the hospitality.
There was a cranky old lady working who had to yell at the younger staff to help her because the line was getting longer. Not sure if there was a company meeting but what an awful time to have one. The younger girl who helped me didn’t give me eye contact didn’t give me the right ingredients even though you are right in front of them and I didn’t have the niceness to tell her because if I did I would’ve exploded from an already terrible god dam day. I said all the veggies one by one she missed the olives. I was ordering a 2^nd sandwich she didn’t even bother to ask if I was ordering anything else so I had to bud in. My sandwiches sat there for a good 2 minutes because the cranky old lady decided she didn’t want to make my sandwich which really upset me all on the inside of my thick skull it felt offensive like what the fucks wrong with my sandwich that you can’t touch it ma’am. So now the younger girl is swamped with people and returns to my sandwich makes mistakes salt and pepper just pepper great. Wraps our sandwiches like a blind person picking up dog shit. And you know what sandwiches weren’t made with eye contact no fucking love and my not upset husband even thinks his taste like crap. No thank you come agains as I was leaving they start talking crap about what I hope to be the old lady. AND I ASKED FOR PROVOLONE NOT FUCKING SWISS. AS SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN A REAL KITCHEN YOUR JOB AINT THAT HARD. ASK FOR HELP IF YOU NEED IT. IF YOUR OLD LADY IS BEING A BITCH SEND HER HOME AND TAKE A BREATH.

I think the customer service hurt my feelings more than my «declined» card. (My bank confirmed that the cashier must’ve done something wrong on the register the first swipe and my account though it was a fraud and froze my account”. I knew there was more than enough money on my card. This NEVER happens.
Just the fact that all the cashier said was, «wow, I’m sorry» and just stood there looking dumb at me. No remorse. No going the extra customer service mile for anybody.
If it were ME, I would be like «Well we’ve been having you wait over 5 minutes and your a normal customer, so this one is on the house. I hope you get your card fixed.»…etc…
THAT is customer service!!! Trying make something right when something goes wrong for a customer.
Not «Sorry that you’re starving and possibly broke… but we have to take your food back and throw it in the trash.»
Infuriating…just because you get paid the minimum, doesn’t mean your customer service level has to be at a minimum. I’ll go elsewhere for lunch…

This place sucks. The ONLY reason I eat here occasionally is proximity to my work, and it’s fast. I agree with the other reviewers that the owner (?) is awful. She’s rude, unfriendly, and very stingy with veggies. The rest of the employees aren’t much better. The only thing this store has going for it is location. Eat at any other Subway if you can.

Go spend your dollars at another Subway nearby. The old lady who owns this place is very unfriendly. Her employees are scared of her.

We eat here all the time. They do have spinach which is important and do a nice job loading up your sand :).

Usually not so crowded as other locations. So if your in a hurry and want a sub good place to stop.
