If you deal with this company, you will get SORIPPEDOFF. Worst home-buying experience ever. Dishonest, deceptive, completely lacking integrity. those are just some of the words I’d use to describe RE/MAX of Hillsboro. The first words out of her mouth were«I want to make sure this is worth my time» … Ummm… Do not trust anyone here to help you shop for a home; do not trust them to list your home. I’ve determined that RE/MAX Equity group exists only to STEAL everybody’s equity. They stole mine, AND they stole the homeowner’s I bought from. Nobody at this company was on my side during the process; they only cared to protect their commissions. They did not protect any interest of the homeowner either. Evidenced by the fact that the agent was MIA most of the time. Until she showed up at closing with her«demand payment» request for 4.7K(Yes, FOURTHOUSANDSEVENHUNDREDDOLLARS)… she did basically nothing to earn that money; she worked maybe 3 – 4 hours doing«hard work» like data entry into the MLS, driving to an address, unlocking a door, texting back and forth with the seller’s agent, and sitting there at a table while the escrow agent shoved papers in my face. Her brokerage averaged well over $ 2.5K per hour for doing absolutely NOTHING to justify that kind of expense. Fraud and theft to the extreme; every ethical violation that could be imagined was perpetuated here. This company and its agents and affiliates, the title company that they want you to use… the huge scam that these nasty Realtors perpetuate on the American public; may they all burn in the deepest pit of hell.
