She’s REAL! Emotions just like everyone else in this world. I LOVE that she’s direct and straight to the point!
Wouldn’t trade her for the world!
I find myself extremely privileged to have her and her team as my office
When I call in or ck in, I’m always treated with respect and assisted with care and concern.

On 25^th Nov 2015 at 10.09am I called in for an appointment for my wife. I asked if they were accepting new patients and the lady on the phone said yes. She later asked me what was wrong with the patient. I told her that my wife had very high fever and had some head pain. She then started asking questions like if your wife was in west africa recently, if she was in contact with anyone who visited west africa recently, etc. (which i understand could be some mandatory questions to ask with such medical symptoms and the latest ebola outbreak). Anyways, i told her that my wife has not been outside of Oregon for the last few months and has not left the country for the last year. She then paused for some time and told me that she will look into her records to see if there are any doctors available. I was like WTH? You ask me all these questions and then you are looking if a doctor is available? Didn’t you just say you are accepting new patients. And this place has many doctors, its not like they have 1 or 2. So anyways she keeps me waiting for some time and then says I can set an appointment for you next week. I was like are you serious? Am pretty sure it was a way to say «We have doctors available, but sorry we dont want you to come to our clinic» I am not going to wait for next week to come to your clinic you moron (i was about to say that but i think i was just wanted to move on). She then tells me that she can look for clinics around her who have appointments available and that the chances might be less but that she will still try and kept me on hold while she looks around. I was on hold for 11 minutes and i realized that she is just trying to ignore me. So i hung up. Went back to my insurance website and called the next doctor in the list. which was 0.5 mile away from this place and set an appointment right away (without any hassles). Took my wife to the doctor, he found out what was causing her that high fever and back pain, and she is pretty much fine now in 1 day of medications.
