The doctor I have is horrible. I have medicare so I’m very limited to the doctor’s I can see. All she does is refer me out to specialists for things that she could take care of herself. For my pain I doubt she wouldn’t even give me an aspirin. I have no other choice at the moment though to see any other doctor. As I write this review I’ve been on hold trying to make an appointment and it’s been at least nine minutes. I would avoid this place like the plague.

The office is run poorly. I have had trouble with them and the communication is bad. I can not get a message to my doctor, unless I go in to see her, They have lost doctors and staff regularly. Everytime I go in I have a different nurse because they leave. My doctor is great, otherwise I would go someplace else. The 2 stars are for my doctor.

Worse than the DMV. Good luck getting any staff to check you in before your scheduled appointment time.

Don’t arrive 1 minute past… they send you away. Medical assistant very snotty and rude. Drove an hour and 16 minutes to get there only to be lectured. «That’s policy» no need to take anything else into consideration. The receptionists were very sweet and apologetic. They earned the star.

The doctor care is excellent. It is the front end staff that is rude, uncaring, and just create too much of a hassle to get a simple appointment. They are problem creators not problem solvers. I would recommend a complete refresh of the front end staff as the unprofessional nature and tone they display is not ideal for a medical office. I have actually switched clinics and will not be returning due to this reason.

I’m very happy with the level of care and service here. I have been seen by two different doctors and they both have addressed all of my questions and concerns. They are very nice and professional, and don’t seem rushed during the time they are with me. I feel more like they are offering me a service rather than me being at the mercy of the doctors.
Also, the facility is nice, new and clean. Even the front desk and M.A.‘s are friendly. It seems like they really care about the service they provide. (They are closed for the lunch hour though, that’s the only inconvenient part.)
Forgot to mention the phlebotomist, he was very friendly and professional. I had my blood drawn and it was fast and did not even hurt.
I’m just happy with the clinic and even a friend of mine said she wished she had my doctor (and she goes to Kaiser).
Only downfall is wait times are little long, but still worth it.
