I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and had them sent to her work. They arrived before the company even opened at 7am, and the delivery driver attempted to just leave them out in front of the building. Luckily, someone was there early to let him in. I also paid extra for chocolates to be delivered with the flowers and they never showed up. I was told that a card would be included with the flowers, it was not so much a card, but a piece of paper that was more an advertisement for the company than anything else. Finally, the price for the gift was not only printed on the back of the «card» but also highlighted. I find your business practices disappointing to say the least, and would never recommend your company. On top of that, it’s only been 1 day and the flowers are already wilting.

If I could leave no star I would. This is the WORST company I have EVER had flowers delivered from. First they delivered them at 830pm and just left them outside without ringing a buzzer or a bell. Then when I called to complain, they told me they were too busy to take my call. I told them what happened and they talked to their coworkers in Spanish «This lady is being a bitch to me and I don’t want to talk to her anymore.» Meanwhile she gets back on the phone and says «Thats how our business is run. So there’s nothing I can do for you» Well that is a GREAT way to keep a customer! The flowers were left outside in the rain and wind. They were damaged and looked terrible. The company could care less!

They made a minor mistake with our mothers day delivery. A completely understandable one considering how busy mothers day can get. And they went well above and beyond in making it right. After several years and several different flower companies in the Hillsboro area we have finally found a company worth returning too
