Ever since I had some of their popcorn at a company event earlier this month I’ve been addicted to their caramel kettle popcorn. I need to get my hands on more!

Amazing Kettle corn, See at the Beaverton Farmers Market Sat…

Their kettle corn is amazing. It is light and crisp with the perfect amount of sweet and salty. I randomly ran into their stand in Tanasbourne and bought their big bags of kettle corn and caramel corn. Both were good but the stand out was the kettle corn. It was still warm when I ripped the bag open in my car and ate almost a third before I got home. If you see them, make sure you get a bag of their kettle corn. I love it so much, I’ve even ordered some to be shipped as a gift.

I have only been to the farmers market to get this Kettlecorn. My favorite is Snickerdoodle but they don’t always make it. I was told it doesn’t always sell as well except at some of the local businesses. I think people just need to try it and they would also love it. Kettlecorn with some cinnamon sugar. Yum!
So had to settle with regular kettlecorn and some carmelcorn yesterday. Both are still very good and I really think the quality of the corn is much better than the other local vendors I have tried in Portland. Like I am not a fan of the kind with the girl in pigtails that you find at the Mississippi street fair. I just wish they would come to the East side more. Most of their events are on the West side. I follow them on twitter to know where they are hanging out and get there when I can.

So this stuff is so addictive you can eat a whole bag, small ($ 3) or large ($ 6). I’ve been eating microwavable kettle korn and it can’t compare. But does it really matter how awesome it is if you can’t have any!!! It’s a big tease! I will have to try to make my own but I don’t have their special popper.
You can’t go buy it yourself at their popping location listed above. You need to either go to them wherever they are selling that day, or they will deliver a big order. So I got 50 of the 60 people at work to order with me. She promised to be there 2 days later, on Thursday during lunchtime. After lunchtime, I called many times and got her VM. Meanwhile my co-​workers were hungry and mad (like their usual before lunch but worse hahah). She came almost 5pm when all the 4:30 people were gone, and there were a couple mistake orders. She said she’d come tomorrow, but some people were off the following day for the holiday weekend. So while many people were happy, others were demanding their money back from me and holding me responsible. They could smell co-​workers popcorn, hear the crunching, the ooohs and aaaahs, that made them extra frustrated and sent me hiding!
After that experience, I didn’t want to buy any for months. But I began craving it. The problem is this. Their rarely at Tanasbourne. They do not have regular hours there, whenever they decide to go. So I kept checking their Facebook (their own www is not up to date) and 3 out of 3 times they were going to be there, they were not. It was a wasted drive 30 minutes round trip each time. The 1^st time I contacted her she said she had an emergency, the other time, no response, and the 3^rd time I didn’t contact her, no point. I hear she’s at Tanasbourne on Sunday’s more regularly, but I went during the week when FB said she’d be there, because I was somewhat in the area for work. Weekends I am too far.
So if you catch her, great! But if you don’t, you’re left disappointed like myself after the wild Kettle Korn chase with nothing to show for it. I don’t chase anything or anyone but my dreams. And while I like this popcorn a lot, the perfect combo between sweet and salty crunch, it’s not my lifelong dream to eat kettle korn.

I did respond to the owner below. Naturally I don’t have exact dates being it happened over the course of a couple years. But I did supply her with what she told me was the reason why she wasn’t there when she did reply. I can’t help but notice all the positive reviews that popped up once mine went up. They have been in business for years without any reviews before that so obviously good for the business that I added this place.
