I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. It’s super pet friendly, the common areas and apartments are beautiful. If you’re new to the area you’ll love it also because everyone is friendly and social so you will meet people right away. I moved in here in May and am about to renew my lease, I can’t imagine why I would want to leave. I feel like I’m living in a hotel with a bunch of friends.

I had the best experience as soon as Candace contacted me via the phone! As soon as I walked in the building I felt that I wanted to live there. Love the open spaces, balcony, and all the amenities!

We had looked for a place for sometime and should have just come here first. We showed up to Hub 9 and said we have 15 minutes but want to see the apartments you have available. Candace immediately responded «let’s get to it!» We checked out 3 different places and were left undecided. Each apartment was unique and absolutely gorgeous. We came back 2 days later and this time viewed apartments at Rowlock. We viewed a 1 bedroom on the first floor with none other than Candace. Long story short. We were left with 2 choices; a studio plus at Hub 9 and a 1 bedroom at Rowlock. We went with the 1 bedroom and move in later this month. Candace is/​was great and the properties are absolutely stunning.
