Hampshire Downs Apartments

I lived here from June 2013 to June 2014 and loved it! I lived in the 2 bed 2 bath floorplan and it is very spacious and a great price in Hillsboro. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a lot of green lawn area to walk your dogs and two swimming pools which is good in the summer when you don’t want to be at the main pool with all of the kids. The staff was always super helpful and they do accept packages which was nice. You can also pay your rent with credit card. I loved living here and only left because I moved to another city for work. Definitely recommend this complex. My only complaint was for half of the year I had a loud upstairs neighbor, but that just comes with having someone live above you.

I’ve lived here for about five years, and I truly like my apartment. They have three floor plans for the two bedrooms. My square footage is 1051, which is reasonable for the price, which was just raised $ 50. That was a shocker! Anyway, the staff is helpful, but because a lot of Intel employees live there, it’s hard to get any satisfaction from the management staff if you complain about one the Intel employees. I’m not sure why, but if you end up here and you can’t handle your upstairs neighbors, you’ll have to move. Otherwise it’s very pleasant here.
