Was greeted with a hello and a smile. Service was fast efficient and customer service was excellent — ask for Russ (Russell) he was friendly helpful courteous and also offered suggestions that I might like in the future. And these suggestions were not ones that cost me more money

I needed to copy both sides of a card and I wanted it a certain way. I went here and the the lady that helped me here was kinda rude. told me she got it (when I tried to explain to her what I wanted) but messed up twice. rather than spend any more time there, I went to the one on 185th and Evergreen,
The person that helped me there was patient and got it right. I would advice everyone to go to the one one on 185th than here.

Went in today with two packages. Two clerks were available. Neither of them greeted me with a «hello» or a friendly smile. Minimum eye contact was provided. This is not Rome, I’m not looking for a cold experience. We’re in the U.S., so a kindly gesture is expected when providing customer service. Not so sure about coming here again.
