CPS Plumbing Services

We used called them for after hour emergency service (sewer line back up into our home). They were prompt, onsite within 90 minutes. They were unable to accurately diagnose or fix the problem. that night, but we were assured that a new person/​team would be onsite first thing in the morning to come fix the problem (we were unable to use any water/​flush toilets in our house at the time, so this was a huge issue). The charge for that visit was greater than $ 300. The next morning there was «no-​one available to come to our house, and no one would be available till the next week».
We really got nothing from them that was helpful, and had to pay another company to start over with the problem the next day. We attempted to discuss the bill with the owner, but she did not call back. We attempted mediation with Angies list-​but that too was ignored. My advice: Run fast, run far-​use someone else!!!

Plumbers aren’t generally necessarily who you want to see on a weekend, but I was so very glad to see Kent from CPS Plumbing today. I’ve not had the pleasure of working with CPS before, but they are on our vendor list and so they were called to come out and work on a broken toilet pipe between two floors. Kent was super pleasant about showing me everything and translating into layman terms, but he did a great job the first time and I understood it entirely accurately. I have to give credit as well to our two great sets of residents who worked with us to get Kent in the door and working in their bathrooms, and Kent was just as great working with them. He is putting in a temporary fix for today that will hold and another crew will come out on Monday to put a permanent fix on this problem. I definitely would recommend them for outstanding service and leaving me with a job well done.

I had a shower valve issue Monday night after hours and CPS sent Max to help. They were quick to respond and Max was quick to arrive. He was able to fix my shower valve and make it better than before in a very short amount of time. He was very friendly and professional. I am thankful to Magic Max and CPS!
