I called for a tow one morning around 8:30am. The woman who answered the phone was clearly sleeping. I asked if it was ACME towing that I had call and she replied, «I guess». I then asked if they were open for business and she replied, «Well, kinda».
I decided to go with another company at that point. The whole thing was a bit disheartening because I had heard that ACME was a woman owned and operated business and as a woman, I wanted to support that.
