Customer service here is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t order carpet from this business if they were the only option in the area (which they aren’t). I didn’t even make it past a phone call with a simple question before I knew I wouldn’t do business with them. Nope. Look elsewhere.

Great, friendly and quick service. I was originally purchasing from a competitor who could not complete the sale when I heard of this place. They were very knowledgable and had the product shipped immediately. Also, they were about $ 1.50 per sq foot cheaper.
