Done going here. My drink is messed up 90% of the time not sure what’s happened throughout the years but it’s not the same. It’s not just this location it’s all of the ones I’ve been too. But I’ll just support local from now on

I hate going to this Starbucks. The drive thru is ridiculous. The parking lot is impossible to find a parking spot.
It’s not as nice as the former location. The menu is the same Starbucks. It has a serious problem with the drive thru. It’s supposed to be convenient, but you can get your coffee faster inside. I seriously took about a few minutes to get in and out. Another problem is the parking lot. The drive thru line will prevent you from getting into a spot.
I like the product there, but it’s not worth the hassle. The Starbucks in Target is a better option. They have a lot more parking there.

This is the worst Starbucks. The parking lot is a total nightmare, the line is so slow and they screw up my coffee more than they get it right.
People love Starbucks because they have a great product and they are consistent. You always know what to expect and if your expectations are not meant you get your next drink free. I have yet to get a «next drink on us» card. If at all possible I chose a different Starbucks. I hope they get their act together soon!

I agree with all the reviews after the move. Used to be a great little Starbucks. But the new location is not set up for the increased volume. The drive through line blocks half the spots in the lot and sometimes even backs up outside the parking lot. Many of the spots are on the back side and there is no back door and no sidewalk. Drive though line can take 12 – 15 minutes and going inside isn’t much faster. Really disappointed at what they did to my favorite Starbucks.

Let me tell you the parking situation at this new location sucks! If you can even get in the lot good luck getting out since the drive through ls poorly planned for this kind of volume. I mean how did you not see this coming when you were scouting the location? I stopped at the old location every weekday morning rain or shine I miss it. The staff is no longer fun or friendly the just run arou. d with headsets on practically ignoring the inside customers. I think at this point I will just start going to the Starbucks inside Target on Trueman. Sure the staff will not be great but at least you can get in and out of the lot without stress and worrying about your car getting hit.

Not as large as the Starbucks on Sawmill, but still ample seating area. This is one of the few Starbucks that is open until 10pm on weeknights. This little place has great lighting and a few couches that is perfect for enjoying a book and some coffee. It’s located in a strip mall with lots of parking and many restaurants around, so you can always grab some food if you’re not in the mood for cookies or cake. There are also many seating outside!

This is a spacious location that offers a good place to hang out. Probably 1 of the largest seating areas in all of Columbus. It’s location in the half empty strip mall and its Mill Run spot sees many customers coming through to pick up drinks so from time to time line can get backed up.
On a Saturday afternoon, got to enjoy afternoon tea and a good book. Lots of different people strolling through including people reading books, watching videos, tea chats, and more.
Few outdoor tables with umbrellas offer a choice of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely prefer this location over Dublin due to more seating area and ample parking.

Staff were a bit slow and not at all friendly.
UPSIDE:
Bathroom was clean and didn’t require a key.
Drink was well made eve if it were a touch slow in coming.
A good bit of space to sit.
WiFi signal is strong.

Exhorbitantly overpriced, crappy coffee that is far too strong and bitter. Tastes like swill, priced like champagne. It’s ridiculous. There are better places out there.
The frappucinos and specialty concoctions are good, I’ll give them credit for that. But if all you want is just plain coffee, go somewhere that isn’t so self important. You can get crap in a cup anywhere for a lot less money.

Its Starbucks. I really like their re-​design which I know was done like 2 years ago but it has been that long since I have been in here. The re-​design is conducive to getting some work done when I need to get out of the house and write.
The coffee is hot and the staff is friendly. I made the only mistake by ordering a skinny peppermint Mocha. It is only a 100 calories, hence my decision, but it is peppermint. I should know better than ordering this.
It is back in the Strip Mall so I know some people may miss it but it has plenty of seats inside and outside. It is cozy and comfortable with at least 4 cushioned chairs to relax. They even try localize it with a few books on a bookcase.

Best part about this Starbucks is the staff! Even when they have gotten my order wrong, they were polite and quick to make it right. They even offered me a complimentary drink on them. Of course not only did I return, but I frequently visit this Starbucks at least 2 times a week.
Sure I go past 4 Starbucks on my drive into work and one even has a drive through, but I continue to visit here because of the experience. I don’t order any of the frilly coffee or mixtures, just bold black coffee. It’s so refreshing walking in the door of a business where they are ready to greet you and take the time to get to know their customers. It’s not just that they know what I like to drink, they are just super friendly and helpful when selecting products. Needless to say it’s not just the coffee I love, but the experience I receive when getting my order to go or buying new products. Great team and service at this location and to me this is what makes a Starbucks stand out!

Its Starbucks… I think you kind of know what to expect. Some of the employees are over the top helpful and some would rather be texting their boyfriend/​girlfriend. Drinks were always as expected and service was usually pretty quick. They just refurbished their store and the new digs are nice.

I used to hang out at this Starbucks all of the time back in high school, lots of good memories attached.
The location is sort of hidden– tucked back in a strip mall in Mill Run next to the closed Big Bear. Nowadays the parking lot is in shambles, so watch out for pot holes! There’s a patio out front, not much to see but good if you need a smoke. Staff seems to always be changing. Pretty standard-​looking inside.
The low rating is primarily for dysfunctional wireless internet during my last 3 visits. In this day and age, if you buy a $ 4 coffee drink and wireless doesn’t work, you’ve got an issue. I use a new MacBook Pro, and there’s always a wireless connection issue with the «ATT» airport, or no connection at all here. This may dependent upon where you sit (at the tables near the counter or in the tables in the back) Either way, this is America, and you’re Starbucks. You’ve gotta have working wifi.

Pretty standard starbucks. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly.
The review is based on the lack of signage. I Unilocaled it and thought it was going to be more of a freestanding building. It’s actually in the strip mall. So it was kind of hard to find.
Either way, I was glad to get my americano.
