This place is a hit and miss type place for us. Papa John’s isnt our first choice for pizza in the area, but we couldnt pass up a deal that we recieved from an email that was sent to us. We ordered our usual but with a thin crust. Yeah, lets just say that the bottom was very very very crispy and tasted like we were eating cardboard. Now I’ve had other pizza from here before and it was good. Just this last experience wasnt good.

Tried to get a pizza tonight! When I called they said it would be 30 minutes for
pick-​up. When I went to pick it up, there were 12 people waiting for their pizzas. This was the first sign there was an epic fail in progress. When I was about to pay for my pizza, I asked the cashier if they had even started the pizza. Nope… I left no pizza in hand. Never again.

How this place has a 4 star average is beyond me. Come on, it’s chain pizza. The crust is chewy with no crunch. It’s not 4 star pie.

Always packed. I would recommend ordering online unless you want to come order and then walk around the plaza for awhile. They are quick as I usually place the order online and get it in 20 minutes or so. I love Papa Johns pizza as it is consistently the best pizza for the price. It might not be better than the gourmet pizza spots, but for $ 10 I can’t complain. This locale has friendly service and is a weekend hot spot for suburban parents needing to feed their kids or staying home.
The pizza is consistently made perfectly as I frequent this place about monthly. My wife loves their pizza and it is close.
