If I could give no starts I would! I went here at first I didn’t have no problem. Then recently I became pregnant went to the first ultrasound didn’t have have a problem. About 2 weeks after my ultrasound I started spotting so I call I was told by 2 different people! One of them was the billing lady that the visit to come listen to make sure the baby still had a heartbeat was going to be free well later that night after going to two different er places i miscarried and so I called the next day like the doctor at the last er told me to do to get checked out to make sure I don’t need a d&c I didn’t have insurance for this appointment like I did the last one so I was charged 100 dollars plus 32 dollars for the nurse visit that was suppose to be free! And the 100 dollar I thought was for the whole doctor visit but I guess it was just to be seen ! They never told me I would be charged again now with doctor offices I thought if you didn’t have insurance that they would charge you all upfront. I guess I’m wrong. I was lied to and not told something really important. Since no one told me I would be charged more for my last doctor visit I didn’t think I had to pay anything than the 100 dollars. Since the women said«for your visit today your charge will 100 dollars plus the 32 for the nurse visit so your total will be 132 dollars for your visit» and my fiancé was standing right next to me when all this happened and I can be a little over dramatic but I wasn’t this time because he even said that’s what she said to me! I will not go back and I’m calling when they open Monday for them to explain why they lied and charged me when I thought my visit was already paid for. I will not go back to this doctor office again and I do not recommend coming here. The doctors are kinda nice and some of the staff but the staff can treat you like your stupid! I was over this place on how they started to treat me and this happens they obviously don’t care as much about their patients as they say they do. Do not come here !

I switched to this practice when I moved back to Ohio. My physician is Dr. Leeman and she is absolutely the best doctor I have had. I have to be seen more frequently than I like for certain issues and she always listens, never tries to push any meds when unnecessary and spends time making sure my concerns are heard and offering effective advice and remedies for my specific situation — no generalizations, which I sincerely appreciate. The staff is also very nice — receptionists and nurses are very nice and friendly. The location is in Hilliard so it goes without saying that it is in a very nice area. The waiting area is spacious, clean and actually has good magazines to read. I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen and my time as a patient seems to be respected as the appointments aren’t overly long for no apparent reason(i.e. being moved to the patient area only to have to wait more time to see the MD). I am in no hurry to have any kids yet, but when I do I will more than likely continue my care with this practice and my physician as I am very satisfied with the quality of care I receive.

I chose to go here when I got pregnant with my son because I wasn’t familiar with the area and found out it was close by for one, and for two it seemed like from the other reviews I read they were nice ladies to go to. I was glad I went. The office is clean and quiet with a nice sized waiting room, a play place for the kids, when you go back it’s quiet, they have a room for if you have emergency such as dehydration and need fluids they can give it to you without you having to go to the hospital, same with they do bloodwork there. The staff is exceptionally nice. I don’t think I ever had a problem with anyone. Your doctors treat you as people not numbers or files, and you see the same doctor who actually spends time with you instead of walk in oh yeah everythings fine see you in a month. They ask questions and ask if you have any questions, very informative and like you to be involved in your own care. The only thing I did not like is they don’t accept state care =(we had military tri care and it ran out and no other insurance company would accept me while pregnant they called it a pre existing condition(are you kidding) so we had to get on state care so everything we paid, was out of pocket no insurance coverage haha. When I was in labor I saw the doctor only I believe twice, as compared to my daughters birth I saw my first doctor many times throughout the day. That was ok though I liked it not like a revolving door. I was made to stay in the hospital for several days after due to high blood pressure and my doctor had actually taken vacation which we discussed prior to my son being born, so I did get to deal with another doctor and she was very nice and laid back as well. If you ever need to call they are on call 24⁄7 so you will either speak with your doctor or you’ll speak with one of her colleagues. Either way they are all knowledgeable and professional while also being friendly at the same time and making sure they do what’s best for you.
