Huge Disappointment! I have been going to this place for 10 plus years, I must say that I only put up with the attitudes since it is only a few minutes from home. Today was the last straw! Here is what’s up… Last visit was about a month ago, long story short, a stylist waited on me. Cut my hair, cut my hair and after she was finished she said, take a look at it and let me know what you think? I looked and replied, Could you please take a little off on the right side, it appears to be a little longer. Needless to say that made her angry, defensive and proceeding to argue with me. Treating like dirt, to put it nicely. She starting causing a very embarrassing situation with other customers waiting. I asked to speak with the manager, she told me she was the OWNER! I left and probably should never went back… But for convenience… I MADETHEMISTAKEOFGOINGBACK! Arrived today, was next in line. Waiting 25 minutes, 2 hair stylist on duty. One just took a customer, the other finishing up the other customer. Thinking to myself, great this hair stylist has treated me nicely before …(Will call her«nice hairstylist»(but not really) the other showed a lot of ATTITUDE many times before. Going back Was I ever wrong, the so called nice stylist, proceeding to take the customer in the back for 10 minutes, washed his hair(I think), Remember I have been going to MOP for plus years, I HAVENEVERBEENASKEDIF I WANTED A WASH. Finally, she finishes up with the customer. Still thinking nothing of it, customer leaves, nice stylists goes in the back for another 10 minutes, comes out looks at computer for a while, then proceeds to go clean her station. By now the customer that the other stylists finishes and leaves. Nice Hairstylists-starts cleaning the other hair stylist’s area! REALLY??? OBVIOUSLYTRYINGTOAVOIDWAITINGONME after reviewing notes in their computer. I have been BLACKLISTED! After seeing what was going on, I said nothing and walked out the door. I wasn’t going to let MS. ATTITUDE wait on me, nor was I going to give them a dime more of my money. It appears their conniving business practices is worth far more than my GREEN, I have always tipped 25% of the bill! Unbelievable!

Showed up before they closed… before 20 minutes before they closed actually, and even though their message says to be there before 20 mins til, which we were, they wouldn’t serve us. One lady said, «hey you made it just in time» and the other said, «no we are closed». Nice way to follow your own policy… or not follow it rather. Definitely won’t return. By the way, my tips are always reflective of services well-received. I am a good tipper and we are definitely a dying breed. Your loss.

I would give them 5⁄5 stars. But the waits are rediculous on Friday nights and Saturday. They seem to be more staffed when it’s less busy, as opposed to for example right now(Friday Night) two employees versus 10 waiting customers.

I have had my hair cut at this business for years. I think this is a very well-run business. They are always pleasant and they always give me a great haircut. The price is reasonable for the high level of service. The shop has a modern, really tasteful design. I’d much rather come to this place than the chain places or the old barber shops around Hilliard, and with my mostly bald head, no point in a high priced salon. This local business deserves your patronage.
