Better selection than the store on Silver Drive. Out of the three lighting fixtures I picked out, none were in stock. I then went to ceiling tiles, picked out what I wanted and the clerk didn’t know how to order it and was hesitant to figure it out. Two other clerks tried to give him guidance and he still didn’t place the order. He finally recommended I call his boss on Monday. Unfortunate waste of time. I will take my business elsewhere.

I love Lowes and this is why. I spend thousands of dollars every year at this store for my rentals. I went to Menards for the first time and then had to make a return and they charged me 25% to make the return.. Lowes has always treated me right. I know now not to go anywhere else.

This location is easily accessed from Riverside Drive, Sawmill Road, 161 and 270. Great hours and very clean. If they don’t have it in stock the staff will order it in store and have it shipped to you or the store. Great advice and instructional knowledge.

We frequently shop at this location since it’s in our suburb and always find what we need, from large appliances to paint brushes. Last night I went to get a new garbage disposal for my husband to install. I had a print out of the item, asked an associate to point me in the direction and he actually walked me to the shelf. No waiting at the registers, and great service. Well done!

Better than the other big box hardware store. I come here and find everything for a few dollars less than the Orange store down the street. The store is laid out pretty well and I can find almost anything I want here. There is one employee here that is very helpful and will always help you find an answer. I am sure their might be a few others too but I have had a guy with glasses help me a few times and he is very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was here everyday for a week over a week in winter as I was working on a floor and fe other things in my house. I almost always find what I want or need here.
I still like the local hardware store as I worked in one for three years but around Hilliard, the local hardware store is gone so Lowe’s it is

I’m really torn because my experience went from awful to great in about 5 minutes. I ordered a grill off the internet & selected in-​store pickup. I arrived at the customer service desk expecting a five minute wait for my grill. Instead I stood there awkwardly for around 30 minutes. There were four employees working the desk, 2 standing around and 2 actually helping people. I spoke with an employee right away and was told my grill would be out in just a few minutes. I was considering leaving or asking whether it would be faster for me to just go and pick it up myself. It really shouldn’t take 30 minutes for this, if I’d known I would have called the store ahead of time & then it maybe would have been available or at least a lot farther in the process than it was. … 1 star for you customer service desk
Finally my grill arrived at the front of the store and it was a lot bigger box than I expected. Two employees followed me out to my car and tried their best to get the box in the car. One of them actually crawled into my civic and picked up the box to take it in backwards. Clearly the box wasn’t going to fit though. instead the guys took the grill out of the box and put it piece by piece into the car. Definitely 5 stars for these two guys.

I love Lowe’s. I am here all the time looking for stuff to get since I am a home owner. The one thing I don’t like about it… I always walk out with at least 50.00 less bucks in my pocket…

This review isn’t so much for Lowe’s as a big box hardware store as it is for the «Build and Grow» program.
Basically, it’s a short event held on Saturdays at Lowe’s stores where a kid builds a little prepackaged kit using a hammer and nails. My two year old son loves going to these and has built (with lots of help) a mother’s day vase and an airplane. He had a great time making the kits and he shows them off with pride when we have visitors. Kids also get a work apron, a pair of goggles for eye protection and a souvenir badge that can be sewed on to their apron (kind of like the boy scouts.) Best of all, the whole thing is free.
The cynic in me knows that the whole program is an attempt to build brand loyalty amongst parents (and kids, too) and it gets you in the store on a Saturday where you’ll probably end up buying something. Still, it’s a fun half hour with my son on the weekend and it puts a smile on his face. That can’t be beat for any price.

Wow. Super helpful guy here. Not what I am use to when I normally come here. They should clone this guy!!! Really, I feel like an idiot when I stop in a hardware store as I have no clue about some of the stuff I need to fix things. Really glad this guy was here to help. Everything worked out great and I didn’t have to take anything back…
