Lighthouse Chiropractic, in it’s self is fine it’s Dr Steve who is the problem. I was in a while back, and over heard him making racist jokes clearly making his ONE black staff member uncomfortable. I felt uncomfortable for her. She was very professional and I could not believe what was coming out of Dr Steve’s mouth! From my visit i gatherd that he thinks he is funny and just playing with what he was saying, but DR STEVE YOU’RE NOT FUNNY, and in my opinion very, very unprofessional! I will NEVER be back! and that young lady that works for you should report you!

Called after hours on Saturday. No returned phone call even though they had time to mark my groupon as used that Monday back in the office. Very disappointed.

I went to Lighthouse Family Chiropractic after Dr. Steve put on a very professional info session at my work. He brought a spread of food that was much more than expected and the content was enticing /​educational enough for me to want to learn more. I’ve gone to numerous chiropractors in the past and have always been treated well but not enough to make me loyal to any one in particular. After a first consultation /​review session I knew that my experience would be different with Dr. Steve due to the time he took with me reviewing the initial consult and the bedside manner he conducted our appointment with. I never felt rushed and knew that I was the most important thing on his mind at that time. The staff are all very professional and courteous making sure to greet me by name and act with a persona of expectation in my visit vs. seeing me as just another patient. The office atmosphere was much more than I expected with a peaceful, warm, and inviting feeling. Total holistic health is clearly at the top of their priorities. Speaking of holistic health, the massage therapy is top notch with the professionals being very well trained in their craft. I’ve gone at this time for an initial consult, a follow up, 3 — twice /​week sessions, and 3 — once /​week sessions and I can confidently say all the symptoms I had been experiencing are healed with the most exciting being a condition I’ve dealt with my entire life being not only diagnosed finally but healed! A little over a year ago I was in a car accident. I didn’t hurt at first but about a week later I was in so much pain I couldn’t breath. My fiancée took me to the closest chiropractor there was to our home. It turns out when I am not hurting Dr. Steve’s office is about a 5 minuet walk for me.
I was seen the day I called to get an appointment. It was a very inclusive exam. Nothing was overlooked. It was expensive but compared to other offices, it was VERY affordable. The office staff are very kind and helpful. After a few visits I was feeling much better so he backed off how often I needed to come in. Now I only go in for maintenance.
I suffered permanent damage from that accident but this office doesn’t try to exploit that and rape me for my money. They are very honest and don’t ever ask you to come in more than is really needed.
