Very responsive to my initial call and subsequent calls to change services a couple times (due to my changes, not theirs). Called on Saturday to get spring landscaping completed as soon as possible in order to get house on market. They were able to come by the house and provide an estimate on Sunday, started work Friday morning and completed everything by Friday evening.
The work completed was as follows: trimmed 2 large trees, removed 4 large bushes, trimmed approx 18 bushes, and edged and mulched beds all around house (real edging versus what some pass as edging). Price was very reasonable and much more competitive than many other well established landscaping companies who are over-​priced. An example is a quote I received last year (2014) from a well established landscaping company in Columbus to complete less work than J&W delivered for 34% more cost.
I am impressed with the level of service provided, responsiveness, and how friendly the entire team was during the process. It is so nice to work with a company that takes pride in doing a good job versus merely doing enough to make money. I have already recommended to several friends and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Great experience and very satisfied customer!
