we did not have the best experience this time around. Had several disappointments. first, we had a stained sheet… absolutely disgusting. front desk was told about it and I asked that we get that bed changed and towel service. we came back to a single(had 2 beds and a pull out opened) bed made. but they never bothered to change the sheets. had to call the night guy. who cut me off from ranting to let me know it wasn’t he that took my information(nice team work dude). Breakfast was kind of lacking, the fruit was awful, when there was any. Brown and bruised pears and apples. No bananas, stale bagels and bread, and the bowls holding the condiments had crumbs and crud at the bottom of them.ewww. Then breakfast on Sunday was a joke — they ran out of everything and the woman was miserable about it. Then she took the time to make herself coffee while all that was going on. Mumbling and shaking her head the entire time. Pool was green. which they said was normal.funny. Not showing that in the online photos. And several other guests agreed that they’ve never seen a pool quite that color. Sorry. don’t want my kids in it. all I could think of was the bacteria?! I think this place has a bit of a management issue. seems the employees are a little mis-directed. I wouldn’t judge all the locations by this one. We picked this location because we brought our dogs. Our first choice was filled and was less expensive than these guys and less for our dogs! The competitors services are superior to these guys. we usually stay in Grove City.

I stayed here several time and love it. The breakfast was really good. I didn’t get itchy when I lay on bed, most hotel did. The price is reasonable with coupon

First off, an hour after checking in I got a call from the front desk notifying me that our car had been broken into… WTF…I blame the Michigan license plate — ANDTHEFACTTHATTHISPLACEHASNOSECURITYCAMERAS! Again WTF, in this day an age, they could just nail a nanny cam to the wall outside and call it good. Despite that unpleasantness, my room is pretty clean(as I look around while I’m typing). The microwave, mini fridge and mini coffee maker seem functional. The air conditioning cold with a strong fan, and decent water pressure in the shower. The beds are fairly comfortable and the room itself reasonably spacious for what we paid. The flat screen has pretty terrible clarity or reception — I’m not exactly sure what’s up with that. All in all not a terrible room experience. Breakfast is pretty sad though… I was really only hoping for a banana to grab on my way out the door but all I saw was oranges, apples and some stale carbohydrate looking things. Seriously it’s almost 2013, unless the Mayans have anything to say about it, get some security cameras and raise the ante on your breakfast at least a little and you’d be good.

Coming in to the Comfort Suites, I wasn’t expecting much. For $ 89/night, all I wanted was a clean and relatively quiet room. For the most part, I got that. The entire hotel is non-smoking, which is lovely. And the rooms seemed clean and in decent shape, despite the typical over-washed sheets and towels you always find at hotels of this kind. The space was decently sized, but I couldn’t imagine fitting more than 3 adults comfortably here: it’s a large hotel room, but a small suite, if that makes sense. The check in process was absolutely ridiculous. It took us 30 minutes(not exaggerating) to get checked in due to the ineptitude of the guy behind the desk. We were then told that it would be a bit of our wait for our room to be ready, yet he refused to tell us which room that was or when exactly it’d be all set for us. The whole thing was rather confusing and infuriating, but luckily we didn’t see that guy for the remainder of our stay. I just don’t think he had much on an A game. Breakfast, while complimentary, is pretty sad. Store-bought stale doughnuts and some sad eggs are set out till about 10. They do, however, have a free computer in the lobby and are walking distance to exciting businesses like CVS and TGI Friday’s. You know, just in case you need to pick up a toothbrush or a gigantic overly sweetened margarita.
