It was the 22 on the corner of Hilliard Rome and Roberts. Mitch was there, touching up the tattoos. The man who sent me away said they don’t sell jewelry yet, the had just ordered it. I was told I could get jewelry at Meijer’s and that any place in the mall would change my piercing. Which I guess is fine, had they told me that from the start. Instead of being angry that I did not contact a second store and handle the mismanagement, you should be talking to your staff and apologizing to me. By saying that my experience wasn’t that bad, you’re implying that my time is not important to you and that you needn’t do your job in order to get a good review. I stated in my first review that I needed to get a sitter in order to come, which means I spent not only time but money to come to your establishment. Perhaps apologizing and offering to make things right would make other readers respect your company and make them interested in chancing the same. If you are the owner, which you implied, you are responsible for your employees(good or bad). Maybe you could ask them why they turned away a paying customer without showing them ANY jewelry after making them wait. Taking ownership is part of being responsible. And customer service is what is required to get a good rating.

I’m a little nervous to write a review because I don’t understand what the issue is? I worked in a hospital for 5+ years and know when something is clean and when it isn’t, and this place seems pretty clean. If it wasn’t, I def wouldn’t have let them put any metal in my face. It was quick, to the point, and pretty friendly.(I also can’t stand when someone has that attitude of like«you don’t have any visible tattoos or piercings, so let me treat you like an idiot» but I didn’t experience that either. A very well known tattoo artist lost my business with that attitude and I’m not cool with it.) I will likely return, even though it is completely out of my way, but I kind of like the idea of not running into people that I know. I will update accordingly if I return and have a less than positive experience.

Unreliable. I had mad an appointment with them for a tattoo a month in advanced. I got there the day of my appointment and they told me they didn’t have me scheduled. My tattoo doesn’t even look that great.

Can’t draw a straight line if their life depended on it. Terrible shading as well. I’m having to put more money in for another tattoo artist to fix the blunt transitions in a SOLID black tattoo and the completely crooked lines. Do not recommend.
